In March 2009, Kool Rock-ski announced the launch of his official website, the Official Kool Rock website. His first solo project, "Party Time" (EP) was released on April 14, 2009.
I can speak from a client’s perspective & fitness professional. I have used trainers over the years and if they did not look like they were fit, I felt that they could not get me there. I wanted someone who not only talked a good game–but took the time to put their fitness first. With more people entering the health & fitness industry everyday, it makes good sense to stay on top of your game. My clients always say, “you don’t need to lose any weight–you look great.” I always appreciate the compliments but know there is always another trainer out there vying for their business. So on that note, I’ll be keeping my appointment with the gym today
