    companies and expatriates (individuals who work abroad) with cross-cultural training, 
    expediting their VISA documentation, and inform clients of their transition with lessons 
    learned experiences. 



    Although Ms. Kendrick transitioned out of the engineering industry, she prepares the 
    next generation by teaching construction management and business courses in efforts 
    to prepare students of the upcoming challenges of having to produce the same quality 
    with less time, cost, and experience.

    1.  Born 20TH May 1946 in Newcastle, Australia.


    2.  Married 15th January 1983 to Ruth at Christchurch St. Ives,


         Sydney, Australia.


    3.  Two children, Ranjini (born 1984) and Raja ( born 1985) both born              


          in Bangalore, India.


     4.  PhD in solid state physics from University of NSW in 1970.


     5.  Army officer trained for combat warfare in Vietnam from 1971-72.


    6.   Requested by Australian Government to tutor the Crown Prince of


           Thailand from 1971-72.


    7.   Assisted Waldron Scott and Dr Jerry White in Colorado Springs and


           led the Air Force Academy ministry from 1972-74.



     Taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Physics at the University of NSW in Sydney and assisted Dr Dudley Foord in  evangelistic outreach at St Ives from 1974-76 and also led the Navigator ministries in Sydney.
    Opened up the Navigator ministry in India with 50 expatriates from 1976 to 1994. At the same time was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship at the Indian Institute of Science at Bangalore, India. Also worked for numerous Multinationals including Minnesota Valley Engineering Inc. for 8 years in the field of Cryogenics.


    10.Was appointed as the Asia Frontiers Director for the Navigators and


          shifted to Singapore in 1994.  Continued to work for an Australian


          multinational, Barlow Jonker Pty Ltd during 1994-96.

Mr. Wederspahn's mission is giving companies a competitive edge that enables them to overcome cultural barriers and to profit from opportunities worldwide.

During most of that time, he was a Country Director responsible for the morale and productivity of up to 120 U.S. expatriates. His duties required him to deal with host country government, civic and business leaders at the highest levels. Business travel has taken Mr. Wederspahn to 29 countries in Latin America, the Far East, Middle East and Europe.
