    Gate 3-Apostle Daisy McGrew

    in Women

From the Bible Belt State of Oklahoma, Daisy was born a native of
Oklahoma. She has over thirty nine years in full time ministry. Her spiritual
roots are deep. Growing up in the home of a gospel preacher her father
and mother stilled within strong Christian values in her life. And as a result
of this kind of background she understands that her purpose in the
Kingdom of God is not self appointed but God ordained.
Her many years of travel has taken her around the world both domestic and
aboard, touching the hearts of people through her singing, exhorting and
preaching. Her love and passion for souls keep her walking humbly before
God. When asked for comments about her ministry from her peers, all
agree that her love for God and passion for souls is her main focus.
Her deep interest is in Leadership Development, Worship, TV Evangelism
    and Women's Ministry.
She is the President/Director of Deborah's Army Women's Ministry Network
whose objective is to keep our spiritual leaders and political leaders covered
in prayer, to keep our families here at home and around the world in prayer
and to keep our motives pure.
She is over joyed but very humbled to be given this assignment that
strengthens women who are on the front line and who gives their all for The
    Kingdom.
In describing Daisy, it can be said that she is a woman who loves to serve
and a woman after God's own heart.

    The Ingathering (Acts 2:37-47)

    in Christianity

Now when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we do?” Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.” And with many other words he solemnly testified and kept on exhorting them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation!” So then, those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls. They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.

The Storm with " A Divine Connection" - The Linton and Louise Smith Story

    in Spirituality

Linton began his musical career at an early age. He began playing the trumpet while in elementary school. As Linton moved through elementary school, the band director noticed Linton’s ability and began giving him lessons.  His musical career continued into his high school days where he playied in the band .

In 1999 he began to play in church worship services and performed special songs on occasion.  Linton’s freshman project Salt Of The Earth Inspiration Volume 1 was released in March 2002. In 2005, Smith released his sophomore CD project called Friend. In 2006 his wife released her debut CD Project, Night Song. Many more musical projects followed for them both.

While Linton Smith Jr. shares his love and annointed gift of playing the trumpet, Louise Smith smoothly renders her voice to the lyrics and engages all who listen to this dynamic duo.

Louise Smith’s earliest recollection of singing and playing the piano was around the age of four. She began playing for the Sunday school Choir at age seven and the church service at nine. She has been a composer since the age of 11.

She has traveled the eastern and mid-western United States and California singing and exhorting the gospel. She has shared the stage with such greats as Lee Williams, Melvin Williams, Richard Smallwood, John P Kee, Donnie Harper and the New Jersey Mass Choir, Helen Baylor and Babbie Mason to name a few. Many have compared Louise’s sound to Roberta Flack, Anita Baker, Patty Paige, Ann Murray, Sarah Vaughan, Tramaine D. Hawkins, and Dannibelle Hall.

Linton and Louise are members of the South Carolina Arts Commission as gospel/jazz performing artists. When accompanied with the smooth vocal stylist of his charming wife Louise Marie, you’ll receive a double portion of expression.

The Beast and The False Prophet

    in Current Events

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

    32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;

33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.

34 For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.

35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Beware of the selling of sensationalism and signs: Part Two

    in Christianity

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" 2 Thessalonians 2:3

The wise virgin believer must be aware of the "many false prophets" we were repeatedly warned about in this late hour, some who are using signs of these end times and sensationalism to 1. make themselves rich, 2. incapacitate the believer's affections from the Savior and onto the mere signs.

    Beware saints!

The delusion goes deep into what appears to be the remnant. It's right in our midst (Acts 20:27-32). In fact, there are many who claim to be watchmen who are misleading many. Remember that Jesus says they will be wolves who wear sheep's clothing and yet are ravening or devouring wolves (Matthew 7:15).

One earmark fruit of the very few truly God-fearing servant under-shepherds is that they will constantly be exhorting you toward personal holiness in light of our LORD's return lest you miss out (Ephesians 5:25-27; 1 John 3:3; Luke 21:34-36; Matthew 25:1-13; 2 Corinthians 7:1, etc.).

False leaders today are not grounding God's people in His love and truth and in the absolute necessity of personal holiness. This also is an earmark fruit of a wolf. Instead they are building their own church or ministry empire by using the LORD's name in vain and the things concerning His kingdom for their own self-serving gain.

In fright someone says "But where do I run?! Where do I find refuge?! How can I be sure and safe?!!" Here it is:

    Acts 20:29-32; Proverbs 30:5; 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

#267 The Introduction to The W.A.Y. Telephone Program

    in Spirituality

Podcast #267 is the whacky introduction to a program entitled, The W.A.Y. Telephone Program. The baseline for this particular named program is this bible verse: a) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, b) as the manner of some is; c) but exhorting one another: d) and so much the more, e) as ye see the day approaching. [Heb.10:25] That bible verse can be broken down into five basic pieces, as shown. Here are a couple bible verses that can be used to connect the dots that are related to the above pieces; Ecclesiastes 3:4 and Proverbs 1:22-23. Noel and I have labored together for 30 years, with a separation period of about a decade; we saw this day coming - i.e. the state of the union - 30 years ago, as a team, longer as individuals. This program is about putting the pieces together and connecting the dots in real life. The results of doing such is up to the Y in the W.A.Y. as explained on this premiere telephone program.
