    During my show today I preview highlights from my new book, Treatments for Tremors, and offer suggestions about natural therapies that have proven successful in calming them. What are the causes of tremors? What natural remedies helps calm them? I have taken the best ideas which have emerged from a exciting decade of research.   

    A variety of natural therapies that sedate tremors are previewed. These include supplements, essential oils, herbs, foods and other therapies that have proven successful. The focus of my research has been to identify therapies that always put you in control of your own recovery program. Take control of the tremor rather than allowing the tremor to control you.

    Strength Training: Exercise Your Faith

    It's Fitness Friday on Your Blueprint for Life! This week Linda talked discussed how our weaknesses are opportunities for God to show Himself strong. She also encouraged us that our weaknesses are opportunities of conditioning; meaning, it's a time that God weakens our response to certain stimuli. We finish out the week with understanding how we are to position ourselves as we allow God to build us up and become resilient. Utilizing exercise as our reference, Linda will help us look at proper positioning. Some of the exercises discussed will be:

    Pitch exercise: A Green Lantern Movie

    With today's episode I'll be undertaking the exercise of developing a pitch for a Green Lantern movie.  I'll try to keep everything I say in broad strokes but the goal will be to take this entire franchise apart and put the whole thing back together with only the truly essential parts.

    While I liked parts of the Ryan Reynolds movie more than many other people did, I'll admit Hal and the Corps deserve a better big screen representation. This is what I would it to be.
