Kathy Baker was rasied LDS and conviced her childhood sweetheart, Lee Baker, to join Mormonism to marry her. They raised their four children LDS and had no intentions of leaving Mormonism. They loved everything about the LDS Chuch, until they ran into questions about Mormon history and doctrine that the leadership of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints could not answer. Listen to Kathy's testimony as former Mormon "Bishop" Earl Erskine of Ex Mormon Files: Journeys from Mormonism to Jesus Christ interviews Kathy to learn what led her to leave her family heritage and the Church of her youth.
Ex-Mormon Bishop Earl Erskine interviews former Mormon Bishop Lee Baker on his TV Program: Ex Mormon Files: Journeys from Mormonism to Jesus Christ. They talk about their experiences as Mormon Bishops in Hawaii. Reasons why they left Mormonism include Joseph Smith's false Boasting: “I have more to boast of than ever any man had…A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter, nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I.…”—Joseph Smith, May 26, 1844, History of the Church, vol 6, pp. 408-409 and Smith's polygamy and polyandry - “For although a man may have many revelations, and have power to do many mighty works, yet if he boasts in his own strength, and sets at naught the counsels of God, and follows after the dictates of his own will and carnal desires, he must fall and incur the vengeance of a just God upon him.”—Doctrine and Covenants 3:4 For more information see: http://4mormon.org/why-did-joseph-smith-die-so-young/ Connect with us at: www.LeeBaker.4mormon.org
In this Teaching the Truth Liberian Radio Broadcast,"Bishop" Lee Baker speaks about the unique doctrines of Mormonism that sets the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints apart from Biblical Christianity. Every potential convert to Mormonism should consider these questions before joining the LDS Church: 1) What does the Mormon Church teach about God? 2) What Does the Mormon Church teach about the Bible? 3) What does the Mormon Church teach about the black race? 4) How are we saved? Are works the basis of salvation?
Lee Baker speaks to the listeners of Teaching the Truth answering the following questions:
Why do we teach the truth about Mormonism?
How do we handle our failures when we have not spoken the truth?
Can a Mormon go to Heaven or will their belief in Mormonism damn them to Hell?
Was the Book of Mormon by Man? How the Book of Mormon disagrees with current Mormon doctrine.
How to Witness to Mormons Using the Book of Mormon and the Bible.
GALATIANS 1:6-9: “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel.…but though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”
MATTHEW 16:18: “…I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”
HEBREWS 12:28: “Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.”

Everyone knows breaking up is hard to do. But staying in contact with your ex following a breakup? That’s where things get really tricky. By remaining in each other’s lives, you run the risk of a post-breakup rendezvous, holding onto feelings for your ex, and in general delaying your ability to heal and move on quickly (and without additional heartache).
What happens when you are living with your significant other and suddenly you break up? Does one person move out? Do they both move out? Or because of convenience and economical reasons, they continue to live together?
What if the romance first blossomed at work? So not only are you still living together but you still have to see each other at work.
How does this make for a healthy healing process? Or does it?
James Simmons, mormon whole foods, plant-based author joins Byron and Rogan on "Mormon Vegetarian" to discuss his personal journey to a WFPB lifestyle.
