#MyRealTalkRadio interviews Former ABC's All My Children Star: Keith Hamilton Cobb.
This is where I try to make the story of my life appear interesting, isn't it? Well... I was born a poor Black child... But seriously, I dislike these immensely. I'm not sure I know how to be interesting, which I suspect at times I am, and not flagrantly self-aggrandizing, which I despise, at the same time... These are the facts: Nothing is particularly noteworthy until after I graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 1987. Prior to that, I was nominally studying English, and thinking I might become a professor of literature. or a novelist, or a high performance car mechanic... And really it's the unnoteworthy stuff that makes a guy who he is, and not the stuff that happens in the public eye... But, oh yeah, the facts... I trained as a stage actor. I'm still most at home while acting for the stage. I remain most specifically an actor, but have also written extensively, several pieces of short fiction and pieces for the stage. I am looking forward to directing for the stage again sometime in the future. And I am still intent on being in at least one quintessential police drama for the big screen.
I have been an acting coach, I photographer, a woodworker, a painter, a poet.

Join us this week as we welcome country music singer songwriter, Eric Karge. Eric was voted Maryland’s “2014 Country Music Artist of the Year” during the first-annual Maryland Music Awards recently held at Rams Head Live in Baltimore. Karge, who is from small town Preston, MD., was nominated in three categories including “Country Artist of the Year”, “Songwriter of the Year”, and “Breakout Artist of the Year”. Fans placed Karge in the top five for the three categories. In 2012, Karge released his debut EP titled “Small Town Night”. The EP features six from-the-heart original songs including “Small Town Night”, written about the town in which he grew up; “Irrigation from God”, inspired by the costly need for crop irrigation; “Hell Yeah”, a single inspired by meeting country artist Brantley Gilbert. Karge also wrote several meaningful songs including “If That’s What it Takes”, a tribute to his Marine brother Robbie and fellow members of the Marine Corps. Karge is currently working with Producer Dick Hodgin on a new military tribute album recording at Osceola Studio's in Raleigh, NC. The new album is scheduled to be released spring 2015. We will talk to Eric about his upcoming schedule, get a behind the scenes look at his music, feature his latest songs, and ask him to share his message for the troops.
