She immersed herself in different cultures and traditions through countless trips in the world. Fascinated by women’s ornaments and beauty, she decided to make a living out of her lifelong passion. She launched her first brand Almaya Marceau, revealing to the public what she has imagined for years: baroque and sensual jewelry made with metal lace. She is the creator of this very special know-how which became quickly renowned in the luxury industry.
In 2003, she developed jewels for Christian Lacroix's haute couture fashion shows. She also created limited edition lines of jewelry for Caron. Nike placed a special order and jewelry shoes were exposed in the VO gallery for the Parisian retro-basket event. In 2006 Chivas asked her to customize their vintage bottle. Her work was exhibited for several years in the best Palaces of Paris such as the Ritz, the Crillon and the George V four Seasons hotels. Her favorite piece, her icone, is a tiara-crown representing French craftsmanship. It was exposed in the fashion week in Milan and appeared twice at the Cannes Film Festival.
Two years after its creation, she was present in more than fourty prestigious places around the world. She chose however to return to a more personal way to meet clients and be in tune with their wishes especially for women preparing their wedding. Through Ikone Paris Emma's ambition today is to reveal the best of and sublimate women. She also works closely with personnal shoppers, and is still referenced and suggested in the nicest palaces for the quality of her service.

What’s Blogging Got To Do With It? I'm Jennifer Perry, entertainment publicist and owner of Lone Wolf Communications, LLC. Every week I share all sorts of ways in which authors can promote their books and themselves.
The author’s platform helps them bond with their audience and build a relationship. Blogging is a strong way to do this for many reasons. Your readers enjoy feeling a connection with you and leaving comments for you. They also like knowing any updates on your publishing dates, television or radio appearances and live events where they can see you.
If you are identified strongly with a particular genre of literature the opportunity to connect on a grand scale with fans and other writers is out of this world.
It is a pleasure to have two special guests on this show. A woman who is a writer, editor, publisher, reader, and – yes, there’s more – blogger of The Horrifically Horrifying Horror Blog. Emma Audsley is also a reviewer for The British Fantasy Society.
Emma's colleague Justin Steele, writer and editor of The Arkham Digest, has frighteningly useful tips on blogging for authors. Justin also had this to share with listeners. "Thank you very much for listening! If you have a penchant for the dark, the unexplained, and the numinous, I invite you to join me over on my blog, The Arkham Digest, and help me explore the best that weird fiction has to offer."
This will be a great show, though I’m wondering if I should have some spooky sounds, screams, groans, or a bit of Bach’s toccata and fugue in Dm to help Emma feel at home.
Bulletproof Spirit: The First Responder’s Essential Resource for Protecting and Healing Mind and Heart
Authored by: Captain Dan Willis- 25 yr Police Veteran
If you are a police officer, firefighter, EMT, ER nurse, or soldier, or you love one . . . This book can save your life
Police Captain Dan Willis is a former homicide investigator and SWAT commander who has developed wellness programs and specializes in providing emotional survival and wellness training to first responders. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and the FBI National Academy.
His book shares quite shocking statistics that most viewers are unaware of:
Consider these facts:
200 police commit suicide every year. It is the leading cause of death in active duty police officers and a significant problem for all emergency first responders.
On average, one active duty soldier and 21 veterans commit suicide every day.
Only 3% of police agencies have a suicide awareness/prevention program.
Up to 18% (about 120,000) of active duty police suffer Post Traumatic Stress; 200,000 military veterans have PTSD.
Tens of thousands of first responders suffer from acute-debilitating stress, emotional problems, and serious physical ailments
