    Emeril pioneered the TV Cooking business where he has produced over 2,000 shows on the Food Network and he is also the Food Correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America and he currently hosts several shows on the Cooking Channel.  Emeril is also one of the world’s great chef entrepreneurs.
    Emeril will share his Top 3 Tips for entrepreneurs getting into the restaurant business and his best ideas for building a global brand.
    Emeril started as an employee chef working at Commanders Palace and in 1990 he took the entrepreneur plunge opening Emeril’s New Orleans.
    Lagasse entrepreneur was hooked and he continued to open 12 restaurants and became one of the worlds first and most popular TV Chefs. Emeril developed as amaster brand builder expanding into cookware, spices, sauces, coffee, books and more.
    We will also hear about Emeril’s latest book Sizzling Skillets and Other One-Pot Wonders, which is getting great reviews.
