Is a College Education Still Worth it?

    in Training

According to the October 2014 article published by computerworld.com, by 2025, 1 in 3 jobs will be replaced by software or robots. What's more, with rising college cost, mounting college debt, and decreasing graduation rates, we will examine if college is still a good investment for college students.

While these challenges are indeed alarming, we will provide answers of how parents, administrators, and especially college students can best prepare for a rapidly changing workforce.

College degrees that will yield the best return on investment
College degrees that you should avoid
Various ways to reduce your college bill
Why college isn't for everyone but education still is
The most desired skills for tomorrow's workforce

Our Speaker, Tawan Perry, is an internationally known speaker and an award winning author of several books including College Sense: What College and High School Advisors Don't Tell You About College.

He is a former Assistant Dean and has been a guest on countless radio and TV shows including FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, and PBS. He's the creator of the Up Your Org Leadership Academy. His topics includes leadership, diversity, and college completion. http://tawanperrry.com
