One of my favorite quotes from Peter Drucker is "culture eats strategy for breakfast every time"! Most people think the key to their businesses success is their strategy. The fact is the key to the success of any organization is the culture. There is a sequence that makes the difference in creating long pasting success and it starts with what I call championship psychology. Championship psychology represents culture. It is the first blade on your productivity windmill. How you manage these drivers as an individual or as a group will determine your success with creating winning strategies and sustainable result. It is my experience that culture can be broken down into 4 components that apply to you and your team. To understand more about my perspective pick up a copy of my book the productivity zone. Today we are going to learn the following
Why organizational culture is a strategic and financial issue, not an HR topic.
How culture develops and what you can do to take more control.
Why behavior matters more than values.

Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast
Radio Talk - Saturday July 26th at 8 PM CDT
Strategy or Culture: Which Is More Important?
No culture, however strong, can overcome poor choices when it comes to corporate strategy.
Culture can be the difference between success and failure. In a toxic business culture, you can’t do a thing. On the other hand, if people embrace a strategy, you can’t stop it.
Culture doesn't eat strategy for breakfast. If the two conflict, nobody's eating breakfast for long.
Instead, culture aligned with strategy eats competition for breakfast.

It is very clear that Obama is now telling America just what we can eaqt and cannot eat.
Empire Obama says every American will not have any choice to just what Americans can and cannot eat.
Okay to some of you that is no big deal but the deal is if Obama now has the means to dictate to everyone just what they can and cannot eat then what is to stop Obama for telling you what to wear or not to wear or even to say or what to say, even what books all Americans are to read or not to read. Thus sayth Hitler Obama.
