Are you a self-appointed, man-appointed, or God-appointed leader? Self- and man-appointed leaders are rejected and judged of God. The God-appointed leader is God's choice for a particular assignment. God helps us understand our own personal God-appointed assignments by the way He commissions us. In other words, did he appoint you, or did he separated you; were you called by name, or did he send you forth? Each designation has a different meaning to your personal God-appointed assignment. Don't miss this revelatory lesson today at 4 pm online, http://blogtalkradio.com/wordwisdom, or by phone 661.554.9174.
I have been on the receiving end of Mikelann's coaching on creating a healthy relationship with money and am excited to have her share her brilliance with us on this show! Here's a word from Mikelann:
Over the years, I have found that many leaders have developed their own “sacred money practice” or at some point, strive to do so. It grounds them and helps them access their deepest visions for their lives. As a money coach, I’ve found that most people do benefit from creating a personal money ritual. Simply put- this is a habit or practice for getting in touch with your money on a regular basis. Like all practices—spiritual practice (meditation) or physical practice (daily walk), a practice is simply the regular performance of some activity, undertaken for the purposes of bringing oneself greater harmony and peace. And presence. All great practices are designed to walk you down a path toward a goal. Most leaders embrace goals of less stress, more peace, more enjoyment of life, and more presence. A sacred money practice brings them all this and more.

Good Deeds presents Author, entrepreneur and Leader Joyce Reed- REAL TALK ABOUT ALL FORMS VIOLENCE!
In the early 80's a young girl was born into a family that left her heartless, helpless and emotionless allowing her to always fin for herself; alone and barely loved. She grew up and experienced so many things that eventually allowed her to learn, forgive, forget and grow. Sharing my story to touch hearts of others that can relate to struggle, life's disappointments, abuse, deaths, and or betrayal; and come out with a positive attitude.
Using the words I recorded in journals and notebooks I kept as a young girl, I now bare my soul within these pages by sharing my truth. I share my personal struggles with the world to help others and give them the support and love I never felt as a young girl. I don’t want anyone to ever feel, what I felt growing up, but in my years of healing I realize that I am certainly not the only one. It was a lot of hurt and pain but there are ways to get through it, to do more than just survive. Reclaim your worth, your dignity, your SELF. He will see you through it, and He will put people in your path that will help along the way.
I am sharing my story with you, so others, who have judged me without knowing the silent pain that I carried, will finally understand. “Never judge a book by its cover, first open it and read it.” So as the Bible says, I am making it plain, and writing it on tablets--making my life that open book; a book that includes a vision of hope, faith and victory that many desire, but few have claimed.
At the end of my story, you will have cried, laughed, had chills or even gotten upset, feel hurt or feel loved. But at the very end of it all I want you to take my words, then write your own story, or rewrite your story with a new path of healing, love, and faith.

Surrounding yourself with like-minded people may be comforting, it might even seem like a good idea, but it’s not the stuff of great leadership. The best leaders are not only capable of effectively leading those who hold differing opinions and perspectives – they thrive on it.
