Join us LIVE as we discuss the proposal known as Cassie's Law. Kelly takes the lead tonight as she brings us Cassie's heart-wrenching story. About Cassie's Law: We are working to get legislation passed that if a parent has been found guilty or plead guilty in court or if DYFS (or a similar organization in another state) or NJ Cares (or a similar institution in another state that works with the courts) has substantiated sexual abuse, that said parent forfeits their "right" to visitation with their minor children. As of now, sexually abusive parents have more rights than innocent children. If you think that's wrong and would like to fight to protect these kids, please sign this petition! If we can obtain 100,000 signatures within 30 days (by April 3, 2013), the White House will review our petition and issue a response.
