What is a life Choice?
How often should we be making life Choices?
Take some time on these questions because they are trick questions to get you to see how you intertwine the words decisions and choices and being in charge or being in control and how by interspersing them into your conversation it then contaminates how you go about communicating your needs and desires to those people that you are living with, working with, and playing with. How those four concepts can create havoc in your life on a vibrational level when misunderstood.
The only reason you have ever tried to control any scenario in your life is because you have never felt that your choices are being considered.
Let's talk more about this today with Delrae J Bantz of the Life Learning Center of Self
Who's in Charge of your Life,House and Children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What did you want to be when you grew up? I have always wanted to make a big impact. Write a book a movie or something that would motivate and inspire people to be there best and overcome obstacles. How this would materialize for me was all a puzzle that only makes sense when you look back as to how all the pieces fit together.
So many people want to make an impact but don't know what or how.
Funny it wasn't until I met the guest on todays show Wendy Lipton-Dibner that I really thought about the real emotional connection I have to that impact.
What moves you? When you tap into what moves you, you can't sit still. You are driven. You can move mountains. Why are you doing what you are doing? Think about it. What impact do you want to make?

One of my mentors who was a great leader in my eyes, knew just how to inspire me. He told me he couldn’t motivate me that my motivation was within and it was his job to remove the obstacles between me and my motivation. This was very impactful for me and I use this as the basis in my coaching. In my mind Leadership is more like coaching. It is knowing how to inspire and bring out the best in others through recognizing their skills and abilities, enabling them and supporting them in removing the obstacles in their way. Leadership is at the crux of productivity. That is self leadership as well as leadership of a team. Leaders do need to lead by example. When leadership fails, the team is less effective and efficient and can cost the organization significant sums in lost profits that result from direct and indirect costs.
Think of your team as a group of musicians. Each one plays beautifully on their own when playing the instrument of their choice. Look at the power that group of musicians has together as they become an orchestra. That is where magic is made as they play together seamlessly. Today we will look what a conductor has to teach about leadership.
Our Guest: Hugh Ballou
