Minneapolis mayoral candidate Doug Mann says there is something wrong with the City of Minneapolis' creative financing on the new Minnesota Vikings Stadium.
"The cost to the city will be $680 million, not counting another 300 million dollars worth of revenue to be lost because of property that will be exempted from taxes, including the parking ramps that are tied into the stadium project, according to the text of the Vikings Stadium Act. The total cost to the city will be about $1 Billion."

Join Alan Zlotorzynski and Stephen Shoup, at 10:30 a.m..., for the Fanspeak.com Baltimore Ravens / Washington Redskins Pre-Game Show.
The Baltimore Ravens will try to break a two-game losing streak when they play in Cleveland at FirstEnergy Stadium (4:25 p.m. ET.) The Browns, who won three games in a row after a 14-6 loss at Baltimore on Sept. 15, have now lost three straight and own a 3-5 mark. The Ravens, coming off their bye week, are 3-4.
The Ravens have lost three of their last four games by a combined eight points: at Buffalo (23-20), vs. Green Bay (19-17) and at Pittsburgh (19-16).
The Washington Redskins return home to host the San Diego Chargers today at 1 p.m. on CBS. A week after dropping to 2-5 with a disappointing showing against the Denver Broncos, the Redskins will attempt to rebound with a victory over another AFC opponent.
Can RG3 and the Skins offense get back on track and will the Washington defense hold Phillip Rivers in check, as he experiences career resurgence under new head coach Mike McCoy.
Alan & Steve will break down each game complete with keys for each team’s victory. The guys go inside the white lines like no other pregame show does for either the Skins or Ravens. You will also hear all of the interviews conducted throughout the week, leading up to today’s games.
The dynamic duo will also preview the rest of the day’s action around the NFL, which includes just one game between two teams with a winning record.
You can follow Alan & Steve during the show on Twitter @zlotsports & @steveospeak. Of course, please log onto Fanspeak.com for all of your NFL and college football needs.
Get ready to fall back early in the AM, and use that extra hour you gained by listening to Dustin Copening and Jeff Bowers on The Sports Narrative's Dallas Cowboys Pre Game Show.
The Cowboys and their fans learned a lesson in chicken counting last Sunday afternoon, as the Lions engineered a remarkable comeback win in the final minute and two seconds of the ballgame.
Dustin and Jeff will recap that debacle and also take a look at where the Cowboys stand at the season's halfway point, and what if anything can happen in the final 8 games to cost head coach Jason Garrett his job.
Up next is the 1-6 Minnesota Vikings. In the "Coach's Slant", Bowers breaks out his chalkboard and we hear from play callers from both teams to get a feel for the X's and O's in this matchup.
Then Dustin and Jeff take you inside the numbers to reveal what the statistics tell us should happen on the field, and to hear from the key players involved.
Finally, the guys reveal who they think will walk out of AT&T Stadium the winner on Sunday afternoon, as well as take a look at what the rest of the NFC East is doing in Week 9, and a few other games of intrigue.
