This is actually Chris' 2nd interview with George Hasiotis, a partner of the Greater Buffalo Sports Entertainment Complex (GBSEC). The first interview was on 5/11/13 and George will update us on where they are at this point and what Buffalonians need to know.
Right now in spite of support from many leaders and residents of Buffalo, certain political decision-makers in the city and county are trying to pretend this plan doesn't exist. This is also in spite of the taxpayer money Erie County stands to save in the building of this retractable-domed, all-purpose year-round facility (the county will only be required to pay %30), as opposed to the cost of additional renovation of the suburban stadium in Orchard Park which doesn't make money during the NFL offseason.
