The Unknown Zone: Fluoride, the Alarming Facts

    in Paranormal

    Fluoride: The Alarming Facts
Have you ever looked at the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for sodium fluoride the common compound used to prevent cavities?  Well we have so you don't have to.  Here is a small sampling:
Special Remarks on other Toxic Effects on Humans: Acute Potential Health Effects: Skin: Causes skin irritation and possible burns, especially if skin is wet or moist. Eyes: Causes eye irritation and burns. May cause chemical conjunctivitis and corneal damage. Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Causes digestive (gastrointestinal) tract irritation and burns. May cause severe and permanent damage to the digestive. Ingestion of large amounts may cause salivation, thirst, nausea, vomiting, hypermotility, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. May affect behavior/ central nervous system/nervous system (headache, nervousness, dizziness, seizures, convulsions, tremor, muscle weakness, somnolence), respiration (respiratory depression, dyspnea), cardiovascular system (weak pulse, hypotension, dysrhythmias, cardiac arrest), liver, urinary system (polyuria, polydypsia) brain, metabolism (loss of appetite, hypcalcemia, hyperkalemia, hypomagnesia, ), teeth, bones, and blood (changes in red and white blood cell count, interference in blood coagulation) Inhalation: Causes irritation and chemical burns of the respiratory tract with coughing, breathing difficulty and possibly nasal septum perforation and coma. May affect bones. Chronic Potential Heath Effects: Chronic ingestion may cause fluorosis.
Pretty scary stuff for something that we're told is good for us.  Well the US wasn't the first to use it do control a population, the Nazis did it too and like some many of their bad habits, the US soon adopted the use of fluoride we are told for our benefit, but the truth is something different.
Judy Sellins and Dave Turco will tell you all about the hidden agenda and the alarming facts behind the use of fluoride.

High Blood Pressure – The Silent Killer

    in Nutrition

High blood pressure affects about 70 million American adults. That’s 29% or 1 of every 3 adults. Furthermore, nearly 1 in 3 American adults have prehypertension, nearly doubling those numbers. Worldwide the numbers aren’t much better. There are more than 22% of adults diagnosed with high blood pressure.

Seeing that it often leads to serious health concerns and ultimately death, it is sobering to know that something as simple as exercise and what you eat (or don’t eat) can have a major impact in improving your numbers if not completely eradicating the high blood pressure all together. Unfortunately, we live in an overmedicated society where we have been conditioned to think that a simple pill will fix us and it is a much easier approach than having to change our lifestyle.

In this episode Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living, will talk about what high blood pressure is, the dire consequences of not dealing with it and how you can heal yourself naturally.

    Why Your Blood Pressure Rises
What Are The Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure
What Are The Long Term Health Implications
    Medications That Alter Blood Pressure
Side Effects Of High BP Medication
The Deceiving Recent Changes In Blood Pressure Numbers
How To Lower, Improve & Maintain A Healthy Blood Pressure

    Supplements To Reduce BP
High Blood Pressure And The Salt Myth

The Feelings of Falling in Love

What is Love? Is it attraction? Is it intimacy? Is it attachment? Love, in fact, is all of these things combined together. "Love is spiritual, not physical. It is a union of souls and hearts and minds, not something you can't put under your microscope and understand!" Love is an emotion combined with a series of feelings. These feelings can be immensely powerful and wonderful. Romantic love is defined to be an intense emotional state that one person experiences in relation to another. These types of feelings appear to be among the most intense that most of us are capable of, and at least in some cases, grow rather than diminish with time. Falling in love can be one of the most unexplainable feelings a person can endure.

There are two sets of feelings that are the basis of modern romantic relationships. The first is attraction. Attraction is the excitement you feel when falling in love. To better explain this feeling, attraction is what you feel when you have met someone new who really excites you and you begin to feel aroused when thinking about this person. When in this state of attraction, one feels very happy and different every time that they are with this person. Frequently the presence (or sometimes merely thought) of the loved one can evoke specific physiological reactions. These physiological reactions include: erections for the male, wetness for the female, a lump in the throat, sweaty palms, weak knees, cold feet, a pounding heart. dizziness, and butterflies in the stomach. These physiological reations are completely normal when falling in love.

The second type of feeling that one endures when falling in love is attachment.

Concussion and Mild Traumatic Brain Injury

    in Health

March 27, 2015: At Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas, physical therapists often see patients who have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury or concussion in the line of duty. Sometimes the concussion is the result of an explosion in combat. Other times, it might be due to a fall or collision during training.

Lt Col Tony Cromer Jr, suffered a concussion due to a more common workplace hazard, when his head was slammed by an opening door. The effects of that workplace accident, including headaches and dizziness, were the same as they often are for soldiers on the battlefield.

In this episode, physical therapist Miriam Hammerle, PT, Cert SMT, and Cromer discuss his injury and treatment.
