The inevitable happens....you die. Your family members make funeral arrangements, take care of your property and review your will. That’s usually what happens when you die. But now we live in an age where many of our files, documents, pictures, businesses, and social accounts are on digital formats...online.
What happens to your digital life? Have you made everyone aware of your passwords? What about your iPhone pictures...how will your family retrieve them to share for future generations? It's a question that many people have not thought about and don't make preparations for.
Luci and Anthony will discuss the topic of digital afterlife with the author of the book Your Digital Afterlife - Evan Carroll. We'll review the steps you can take to prepare for things and what can and cannot happen after you have passed on with your digital and social media.

Jesse Malin was born in Queens, New York. Jesse Malin’s passion for music began at an early age. Upon receiving his first nylon stringed acoustic guitar, Jesse taped an old 1950’s reel-to-reel recorder with a beat-up attached microphone to its body and the soon-to-be songwriter began his musical career.
Malin began playing live the age of twelve years old in the seminal hardcore band Heart Attack. After the group’s disbandment in 1984, Jesse and his childhood pals formed the rock and roll band D Generation and released three albums, touring the globe several times over before parting ways in 1999. Following several in-between bridge bands, including PCP Highway and Bellvue, Jesse Malin embarked on a solo career and has released five acclaimed records. Over the years Malin has also worked in both film and radio, currently co-hosting a monthly radio show on Sirius XM alongside John Varvatos, and is now completing production on a new album set to be released in 2015.

Breaking Out of the Matrix: The Role of an Agent Provocateur PLUS Christ & Civil Govt. w/ Chuck Baldwin - The X Man and Mr. Baldwin dig into the obscure topic of the role of an agent provocateur. DEFINITION: An agent provocateur (French for "inciting agent") is an undercover agent who acts to entice another person to commit an illegal or rash act or falsely implicate them in partaking in an illegal act. An agent provocateur may be acting out of own sense of nationalism/duty or may be employed by the police or other entity to discredit or harm another group (e.g., peaceful protest or demonstration) by provoking them to commit a crime - thus, undermining the protest or demonstration as whole. Some powerful insights regarding the Pharisees of Christ's time, their ties to and influence in the Roman Civil Government as direct ambassadors of Rome and as agents over the people, as well as evidence that Christ truly did challenge civil authority...

in Real Estate
As a homeowner, real estate broker and Realtor I know a few people in the real estate industry. From mortgage bankers to home inspectors, I tend to know them all. Last week, I was honored when one of those professionals asked me to list their home for sale. That’s always a big ego boost because, it’s kind of like winning a Emmy or Grammy. Sure, I don’t get a little gold statue or anything but, I do get the recognition from my peer and that is important. Unlike the general public, my peer, my colleague knows what to expect from his listing agent and the cool part is, he trust that I can provide it. Like my colleague, many of you out there will utilize a listing agent to sell your home and I thought to myself, wouldn’t you like to know what an industry insider looks for when he chooses a listing agent. Better yet, I put myself in your shoes and wondered how would I leverage my personal knowledge of the real estate industry and my local market expertise to pick the right agent to list my own home? Well, this really got my wheels a turning because, I stopped and asked myself, do I provide the same level of service to my listing clients, that I would expect from a agent listing my home? I am proud to say, Yes, most of the time, I think I do. In fact, it was this very thought process that lead me to create my Top 10 Expectations of a Listing Agent. The show today, is going to be all about what someone like myself, a experienced real estate broker would look for in a listing agent and how you, as a homeowner, with little to no real estate experience can use my top 10 expectations to ensure you choose the correct agent for your home.
