Ines Simpson - The Simpson Protocol
James Esdaile was the first man to discover mental anesthesia and its benefits. Esdaile did work in India and decided to employ mesmerism to help his patients deal with pain. The method he used required a very long preparation time, sometimes taking ten to twelve days to condition the person to go to what we call the Esdaile State today.
The Esdaile State has not been used for therapeutic or change work in the past as it was thought the client was in a euphoric state with no motivation for change work. This advanced training course will teach you all you need to know about this new paradigm shift in hypnosis. You can now communicate directly with your client's Superconscious mind and direct it to release all the issues that are not in your client's best interest or benefit.
Another advantage of working in the Esdaile State using the Simpson Protocol is that through the proper questioning, direction and communication with the Superconscious mind, your client doesn't have to verbalize the issue, if that is their wish. It is a wonderful tool for clients who are sensitive to the issue that they are working on and are uncomfortable with verbalizing the problems that they want to deal with. With the Simpson Protocol, you will be able to give the client unprecedented access to the Superconscious mind in order to help with physical healing, emotional healing, spiritual healing and soul retrieval.

MSOL graduate Debra Germany knows first-hand how to turn tragedy into a positive and transformative leadership opportunity, serving others around her through her unique experience. Debra is the Executive Director of Divine Intervention Ministry (DIM), a faith-based organization dedicated to restoring the lives of incarcerated adults and at-risk youth.
On July 9, 2001, her only child, Raymond, was murdered in the Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Ms. Germany says that DIM was birthed in her spirit through the death of her son. Since DIM's beginnings in 2002, Ms. Germany worked to find community solutions to crime and soothe grieving family members. In 2006, DIM changed directions to its current mission with the launch of the IMPACT (Interceding Making Positive Actions Come Together) program, focusing on restoring the lives of incarcerated adults and at-risk youth. Debra has also worked in partnership with the Pennsylvania Prison Society to develop the Building Bridges program where trained mentors are matched with pre- and post-released inmates to assist in their societal reintegration.
Recently, DIM began a partnership with Renewal, Inc. an organization that provides alternative housing and community corrections services to individuals in the criminal justice system. DIM initiated a faith-based 12 Week transitional programs that offer discipleship, practical resources and mentoring for inmates who are nearing release. Ms Germany is a licensed minister at Jesus Dwelling Place in North Braddock, PA, a former board member of the Center for Victims of Violence and Crime, and a recipient of numerous awards. Ms. Germany has inspirationally turned her personal tragedy into community transformation through servant leadership. Tune in with John Stanko as he and Debra recount her incredible journey and discuss how her MSOL experience continues to be lived out in her endeavors.
