Universal Journeys Radio: presents Deb DeRousse on Sex/Human Trafficking

    in Spirituality

Join Dr. Brenda L. Bates and Donny Winter this Sunday, November 15th at 7 pm on the Universal Journeys Radio Show. Their guest will be the beautiful Deb DeRousse advocate for awareness, will be talking about Sex/Human Trafficking and the connection with Missing Persons. She is passionate about spreading awareness and works with Project Missing Search and Rescue LLC in Michigan. She came to the realization a few years ago that many of our missing children and adults across the United States is due to the growing business of Human Trafficking. Deb speaks out often on her own show Mystical Awakenings Radio on this growing problem. Human trafficking is at least a $32,000,000,000 per year industry and is tied with drugs for the most profitable criminal endeavor and is growing by the day. Awareness is the biggest key to putting an end to trafficking, many people have no idea how widespread this is. Yes, it can happen to you or your child, it is in your neighborhood!

Phone lines will be open for questions or to discuss the topic at hand. Each call is limited to five minutes in order to assist as many people as we can within the two hour show time period. Call in at (347) 850-8292 with a question or just to listen to the show.

What The HELL Was That!?; Why NOT To Dabble In The Paranormal Field!

    in Paranormal

Hosts Carlee Robbins and Deb DeRousse will open the lines up to discuss with everyone who is interested in becoming an investigator in the paranormal filed. This is sure to be exciting and explosive if your ready to debate the issue. Ghost hunting is very serious and not to be taken lightly, it is not a game nor is it like television. if you are not 100 percent serious about the scientific aspect of ghost hunting and it's not a passion worth the risks you are taking, ghost hunting may not be for you. On occasion we will have a case where there is a true haunting, sometimes something darker than human spirit.  We have to walk into every case knowing that this is a possibility... although not a probability.  We have to remember that negatives lie, manipulate, hide, tease, pretend to be human, and can do harm... and not only in an outwardly way, they can mess with our families, our lives, make us sick, depressed, angry, cause personality changes and sometimes make us sick enough to die.  We cannot take any case lightly.

Join us as we cruise down this road and lets see if your ready for this.

Mystical Awakenings: Where is the LOVE? Social Media, Politics, Religion

    in Spirituality

Hosts, Deb DeRousse and Debbie Marcum will be discussing the issue of social media and what it is doing to all of us.  Below is a post that Deb made on Facebook today.  Call in with your thoughts @ 347-850-8292

Every time I log into facebook anymore I am bombarded with politics, religion, and hatred. Seeing my friends divide in the face of politics and religion is breaking my heart. Is this what we are supposed to do on this journey? Is it really alright to hate somebody that you once liked just because they vote differently or have a different religion? Is it really necessary to post your own personal beliefs on a social network just to try to change other peoples minds? Posting religious or political crap is not changing anyones mind, it's just making people more angry and negative.
I'm here to tell you that this is doing nothing positive in our world, it's causing hatred and drama, ultimately it will cause wars in our own communities. I don't care how you vote, I don't care rather you believe your religion is the only religion or you have no religion at all.
Are we all supposed to be the same? I think not. It's not alright to condemn and hate others just because they believe differently. Evolving on a spiritual and loving path is where I am and where I will stay. Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.
Love, Light, and Many Blessings to ALL
