This week Mark is excited to speak with Bali based Roger Castillo. Roger had a profound shift in consciousness after studying the nature of life and spending time with Ramesh Balsekar (A student of the famous Nisargadatta Maharaj).
Roger talks from his own experience on the subject of peace and happiness and invites anyone who's interested to open to the notion, and ultimately a first hand knowing, that peace of mind and contentment are our very nature and therefore available on a continuous and unbroken basis regardless of the moment to moment circumstance we find ourselves in.
For those interested in the 3 Principles psychology, the shift he had could be compared to the awakening that the late Sydney Banks had. Mark was greatly impacted by a youtube video he was sent in which Roger was talking about 'Enlightenment', Mark immediatley contacted Roger and invited him onto Ice Cream 4 The Soul. Join them has they talk about various subjects including 'Enlightenment' 'Free will' 'Awareness' and 'Thought'.
