This week we'll be tackling Creationism; most notably the rising trend in Southern and Mid-Western states to give the illusion to educators, school board members, and parents that there's a controversy inside of the scientific community between the theory of evolution and Creationism. We'll discuss the ramifications of teaching children that such a debate is truly happening in scientific circles, and what the reasons are for Creationists to push such rhetoric onto children and the scientifically illiterate.
The last century has seen intense debates between the scientific community and the Christian church regarding creation and evolution. Few believers actually take the time to deeply ponder the question of biblical creationism or evolution. Dr. Solomon Huriash, author and professor of Creationism joins Pastor Neal to discuss how creationism and evolution are possibly synced together to share in God's wonderous works.

Part 1 of 3: Roy Masters talks about the beginning of everything – what gave us the idea that it all started with the Big Bang? How can you have a beginning without the beginner? Roy discusses creationism.

A few weeks back, we posted a "blurb" on this topic. However, a man makes plans and God laughs!!! We found ourselves side-tracked and never got to discuss this very important topic. So let's put on our thinking caps as we try to tackle the age old quandry. How can a man of science reconcile the creationists point of view and visa versa!!! Will we solve this question of the ages in one brief discussion...I doubt it??? But, let's begin the dialogue, and remember..."God is watching and listening. HE/SHE always is!!! Call us at 646-595-3275.
Yes, it's true, I am in exile. I kept my Mormon husband, Mitt Omanjo, keeping a psychedlic artist named Henrick, part Russian and part SE European, at bay. He loves to wear pinstriped suits from the 80's, preferably 3 piece. I told him since he was fasionista outdated since 1982 that he needed be exiled and re-dressed with new spiritual clothing. The dalai lama comes to visit frequently as well as Che Guevara's ghost on our island of St. Barts. Henrik was supposed to go St. Kitts but Bell Campeau said there was a pseudo military operation there and it was off limits.. Bukowski pours the cocktails. All the men distract me from my real vision, granted by St. Augustine and sometimes I have to push them to the shore. My spiritual sister is Carson McCullers, my favorite writer, who is lost in a sea of hedonism. Come join us as I remain in exile. Jon will join us 1/2 way thru the fantasy.
We will also talk about the revised laws of creation and evolution in certain states.
In this episode of the “Brian and Shanon Radio Show,” we’re discussing “The Not-so-Great-Debate: Evolution vs. Creationism.” More than three million people tuned in this week to watch the two hour debate between science education advocate and former television host Bill Nye and creationist Ken Ham. Did the debate accomplish anything? Also, we’re discussing Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson witnessing for Christ. And for fun, we’re discussing the Pastor who refused to officiate a couple’s wedding because he thought her wedding dress was --- well, let's just say it was WAY inappropriate! Listen live and download this episode for later! Call me at live at (347) 826-7805 to discuss these topics and whatever is on your mind. 1 Timothy 6:20
O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
Be sure to tune in to hear three compelling reasons why many intelligent and well-trained people reject evolution. And these compelling reasons are logic, morality, and theology.
Dr. Chaps reports on these important issues:
* Ted Cruz Said Republican Leadership Are Effectively Democrats
* Atheist Richard Dawkins Calls It ‘Disgraceful’ That Presidential Hopefuls Are Creationists
* Ben Carson Says He Believes God Created The World In 6 Days
Please join Mario & Emelyne as they discuss the harm of teaching creationism and intelligent design.

There are many things that Luci and Anthony agree on in the paranormal and about life itself but one of the major differences in their thinking has to do with the beginning of time. On one side Luci believes in the idea that the Universe and life itself was born out of the hands of God and on the other side, Anthony has a strong belief in the science of the Universe. So what are we to do? Well, let's have a friendly debate!!!
Join us on May 1st as Anthony and Luci bring forward points to argue their side of the coin and state their cases. You can join us as well and add to the debate with comments and questions.
Did we all begin from the Big Bang or did it all start with the Big God? Hmmm....let's get ready to rumble!!!!!
Glen Kuban became interested in the science of the unknown during his college years in the late 1970's. He became interested in the creation/evolution controversy, and came across the Paluxy "man track" claims while reading creationist literature. Soon after graduating college, he took his first trip to Glen Rose with friend Tim Bartholomew, in order to study the Paluxy evidence first hand. They did not find any genuine human tracks in the Paluxy, but did find that the markings in question were due to a variety of phenomena, the most common being elongate, metatarsal dinosaur track, whose digits were often subdued by erosion, mud collapse, and/or infilling.
In subsequent years Glen continued his Paluxy work, finding additional key evidence of the dinosaurian origin of the alleged human tracks on the renown "Taylor Site. His Paluxy work helped prompt many creationists to largely abandon the "man track" claims. However, his Paluxy work was not done to attack creationism or Christianity, but to help set the record straight on the true nature of the Paluxy evidence.
Glen no longer regards strict creationism as scientifically or Biblically sound. He believes an old earth is compatible with a careful and thoughtful understanding of the Bible, and supported by extensive and compelling scientific evidence.
