Reading - Human Rights Watch - Those Who Take Us Away- Pt4
We will continue on from pg 62.I will be reading the full 89 page report just release and made public by the Human Right Watch on " Those That Take Us Away" where there are allegations that the RCMP ( Royal Canadian Mountain Police) discriminate and abuse/sexual abuse First Nations Women. Mainstream media news reports are advising that the RCMP head honchos ( the old boys club mentality) are dismissing the report. In the meantime the RCMP is going to be investigated by "Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP"This commission is is an independent agency, created by Parliament, to ensure that complaints made by the public about the conduct of RCMP members are examined fairly and impartially. The CPC accepts and attempts to resolve complaints lodged by the public about the conduct of RCMP members. More specifically, it conducts reviews when complainants are not satisfied with the RCMP's handling of their complaints; conducts investigations; holds hearings; reports findings; and makes recommendations for changes in national policing policy and practice. If it takes more then one show to completed the reading so be it. It should be noted that Meghan Rhoades does not feel this report belongs to anyone including the HRW other then the Indigenous women who spoke with them.

Secrets to 15 Years Sugar-Free: With HSF's Roberta Ruggiero
Sugar addiicts and carb junkies, this show is designed to help you.
That's because this month, I'm celebrating 15 years of being mostly off sugar (what I call mostly sugar-free-iversary. As you'll discover, I haven't been perfect, which is one of the keys to my success.)
In this show, I'll reveal -- along with my sugar-free mentor Roberta Ruggiero -- Secrets to Go Sugar-Free. (I also share many more secrets in my new book, Beyond Sugar Shock.)
Roberta is the wonderful, caring, compassionate person, without whom I wouldn't have triumphed.
Roberta was my life boat back in 1998. Roberta -- who has the most remarkable story -- which I'm sharing on my Sugar Shock Blog -- is founder and president of the Hypoglycemia Support Foundation, a fabulous organization she founded in 1980. The Hypoglycemia Support Foundation informs, supports and encourages hypoglycemics and the public about this too often misunderstood and misdiagnosed disease.
It's a good idea to listen if you eat a lot of sugar and/or if you're having such confusing ailments as dizziness, headaches, difficulty concentrating, heart palpitations, mood swings, temper tantrums, low libido, cold hands and feet, and mood swings, you may have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can wreak havoc on your health.
To learn about low blood sugar, I invite you to read Hypoglycemia: A Hidden Hell, excerpted from my first book, Sugar Shock.

Reading Those Who Took Us Away pt3 FB Vs Zurker
Will continue with and hopefully conclude with those that took us away. Will also be discussing facebook and twitter as well as Zurker which is a social network I found that really is innovative. In fact I had similar ideas so I am just happy it exists. Members own it and no censorship. I will be continuing my reading of the full 89 page report released by the Human Right Watch on " Those That Take Us Away" where there are allegations that the RCMP ( Royal Canadian Mountain Police) discriminate and abuse/sexual abuse First Nations Women. We will start on half way thought page 51. Mainstream media news reports are advising that the RCMP head honchos ( the old boys club mentality) are dismissing the report. In the meantime the RCMP is going to be investigated by "Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP" This commission is is an independent agency, created by Parliament, to ensure that complaints made by the public about the conduct of RCMP members are examined fairly and impartially.
