    Courthouse Burnings and Agenda 21

    in Politics Progressive

My friend, Vinn Howard Beazell, will talk to us tonight about courthouse burnings and how they relate to Agenda21. Call in at 818.572.2947 at 8pmPST on Thur., June 18. After the civil war, courthouses were burned throughout the South. I used to think that was something the Union Army did as punishment, but it was more than that, or why are old court records still being burned? Old court records in Franklin County, NC were deliberately burned after they were discovered a couple of years ago. There were boxes of historic records that the Historic Society was interested in, but instead, police in Franklin County burned them. Could they have been land deeds that we were NOT allowed to know about? I will see you at NNIA1. Vinn is having computer issues, but our guests speak by phone. If for some reason he cannot make it, you and I will talk about something else, OK?

    To: 'mayor@sabatinoreport.com'
    Subject: records request

Re:  June 23, 2015 Request Regarding Outside Legal Services

    Dear Mr. Sabatino:

This email is in response to your verbal and written request for public records received by the City during the Council meeting on June 23, 2015.  On July 17, 2015, the City provided you with a list of law firms in response to your request and indicated that we would provide you the remaining information on or before August 6, 2015.  Government Code Section 6253 subdivision (c), requires that City indicate“the estimated date and time when the records will be made available.”

We have worked extremely diligently and actively on your request, however, given the high volume, age of the records and location of the records that you are seeking, we must adjust our estimated date of disclosure.  The new estimated date of disclosure is August 24, 2015 at 5 pm.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

    Sincerely,

    Brent Sinclair
