Pelvic floor health is certainly not something women talk about during happy hour or over lunch. Occasional giggly references to ‘don’t make me laugh (I’ll pee!)’ or kegel exercises is about all that takes place when talking about this important aspect of a woman’s health.
However, the fact that this conversation can be awkward shouldn’t diminish its importance. Do you realize that in addition to controlling our urine, helping us to have babies, our pelvic floor also holds up our guts? There is much to learn about having a healthy pelvic floor – what it is and how to care for it. Join us to hear more.

This world has too much turmoil in it and it needs more good common sense. People just are losing the quality of being a decent human being. Some people have it, some people just need to learn and some will never learn. I myself, have been through many negative experiences. But, I have learned from them and feel I have the good comon sense to stop ost of the worlds issues. Problem is is, there is too many non believers out there that they are on a wrong path. I hope t set them straight. But, like I have stated from the beginning of this, I am not always right, but I have good common sense. Let's see if we can figure out what's wrong with this world, or should I say, the negative people people in it. Can we stop all this madness or is this world coming to an end. Let's see if we can help these people see where they can change a little and show more appreciation and love for each other along with RESPECT! Join me. G~

Carol Pirika shares her story of personal recovery from huge physical and mental challenges through physical therapy and attention to the mind –body-spirit connection. Carol suffered major surgery at the age of 24 and as a young woman had to face the possibility of being unable to have children. She overcame that with inspiration and learning from teachers in the physical therapy and fitness world, who helped with whiplash rehabilitation from a car accident and consequent adrenal fatigue. She faced a further challenge to recover use and strength of her pelvic floor after an episiotomy with her first child and became passionate and determined to assist women to help and heal their own bodies.
Her personal journey took her into a career as a top level personal trainer, motivated to gather specialist tools and knowledge to help women recover from post-natal and post hysterectomy challenges. Carol now has two beautiful children, a great level of fitness and a very positive attitude to overcoming physical challenges!
Carol, (who runs Bump Post Natal and Pregnancy classes) shares her training philosophies, practical ideas and inspiration to raise your spirits - from the bottom up! If you’ve ever experienced post-natal sadness or loss of physicality from ‘women’s problems’ you will be inspired with practical information from a personal journey shared.

Milling About visits The Veranda Historic Bed & Breakfast Inn in Senoia, Georgia where tourists and vacationers alike flock to the home of The Walking Dead, now shooting season five. In fact the inn is situated right around the corner from where Woodbury once stood, so owner and innkeepers Rick and Laura Reynolds welcome people from all over the world with their warm southern hospitality, who for no other reason are coming to see the fictitous town. The inn which dates back to 1906 when it was originally The Holbrook Hotel has retained it's original features; Georgian pine floors, ornate ceilings with elegant chandliers, and 11 fireplaces throughout the nine guest bedrooms. There is a wonderful wrap around porch where you can sit back on a rocking chair or a porch swing and take in the sights.
Laura tells Robin some of those sights have included a Norman Reedus (Daryl) sighting flying past the inn, or guests treated to a showdown at 2 AM of walkers vs. Rick and company on the street right in front of the inn. And several cast members have stayed at The Veranda including Laurie Holden (Andrea) and Chandler Riggs (Carl); room three is unofficially named 'The Andrea.' Laura says, 'we've had a great influx of people. And they're so excited when there's a room! It's exciting to see people so happy about a place and they're never disappointed in Senoia. Not only are they seeing Woodbury but they're seeing Senoia and it's a special place.' Make your reservations now at http://verandabandbinn.com/
