History & Haunts: Harvey House Live!

    in Radio

We are live at the historic Harvey house. The Casa del Desierto station and hotel was built by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway and replaced an earlier one built in 1885 that burned in 1908. It was designed by renowned Fred Harvey Company architect Mary Colter in a synthesis of Spanish Renaissance and Classical Revival architecture styles. The historic structure is an elegant presence in the Mojave Desert beside the intermittent Mojave River. Santa Fe then closed the station in 1973.

Rumor is that several spirits still rome these walls. Specificly people recall seeing an apperision of a little girl. In the pictures that some of the locals have taken of her, she seems to be around age 12. Come with us as we try and connect to the spirits here at the Fred Harvey House.

The Right Side of the Pond - Does Lesnar vs Cena Need The Title? & More

    in Wrestling

This week Dem UK Boys try out a bit of a new system as they break down the events at Money in the Bank and the next night on Raw.  Mazza (@MazzaLOP) and Maverick (@Neil_Pollock79) are joined by LOP's resident NXT reviewer Oliver (@MrOlliB) as they tackle 5 big questions facing us on the road to SummerSlam.

    1. Does John Cena vs Brock Lesnar need the WWE World Heavyweight Championship?

    2. Can this be the push that finally sees Jack Swagger make it to the top of the card or will he just be Rusev fodder?

    3. Can we forgive WWE for some fairly large plot holes in the Shield break up (particularly regarding Roman Reigns) simply because of the awesomeness that is Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose?

    4. Can AJ vs Paige undo some of the considerable damage that has been done to the divas division?

    5. What can a feud with Chris Jericho do for Bray Wyatt and what can a feud with Bray Wyatt do for Chris Jericho?

Tune in to find out at the experimental later time!
