Kicking off this weeks show is Ralek Gracie. Ralek is undefeated in MMA and has proven time and time again that he is a force on the mat, but we don’t have him on to talk about his time on the mat. Opening the second hour is a man who is coming off his first Decision Win of his career, and it was against Leonard Garcia. Cody McKenzie is kicking off hour number two and we are excited to have him on the show. We will talk to Cody about his latest win and what it was like going into the third round for the first time in his career. Cody was a previous cast member of The Ultimate Fighter and we will talk to him a little about his experience being on the show and pick his brain on this upcoming season of the show.
Our next guest is a man who has made his name in the cage, but is now set to take on Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu at Metamoris 2. Brendan Schaub is joining us to talk his upcoming BJJ match and there is plenty to talk about. We will talk to Brendan about having to get clearance from Zuffa and the UFC to compete in the match. We will talk to Brendan about how he got involved in the match and how he feels he matches up against Cyborg

His statement on Co-Dependency is this: “It is an over dependence on another for the purpose of fulfilling a need or emotion within ourselves. What does it look like? Co-Dependent people have countless ways of trying to manage or control others and their problems. They do this by a set of negative behaviors they've created to help them get and then stay in control. There are about seven known behaviors. We will talk about them on the show.”
