    in Health

    In this show you’ll learn:

    The importance of hydration.
How to take in the proper quantity of water.
How the quality of water is as important as the quantity.

    Background:

Dehydration can manifest in a myriad of diseases and symptoms. Most of us are dehydrated and we don’t even realize it.  Dehydration triggers mechanisms by which such things as asthma, allergies, heartburn, fatigue, hypertension and many others illnesses occur.  Water is vital to your survival.  Without sufficient water intake, your entire body slows down, and healing and repair become sluggish.

Join Dr. Ritamarie as she discusses hydration.  It is such an important topic for health, that Dr. Ritamarie devotes an entire module to it in her Energy Recharge Inner Circle.

To discover how your health and life can be forever changed, become part of Dr. Ritamarie’s inner circle, and get personally guided by Dr. Ritamarie and one of her personally trained functional nutrition coaches. They’ll look at your labs, your habits, and your health history, and work with you to create and implement your very own personalized road map to vibrant health and recharged energy. "Helping to provide clean water for children in Nigeria"

Luke Pyytic, Temecula Valley New Generations Rotary President-Elect International

The most recent project that I have been working on is a water well and storage tank at a primary school in Onitsha, Nigeria. The school currently hosts over 500 children on a daily basis. Before now the only source of water was from a unreliable water truck delivering unfiltered water from the River Niger. My Rotary Club and I performed fundraisers, as well as campaigning through other Clubs in our district to raise over $10,000 to perform the project. This well will not only provide clean water to the children, but to the surrounding community.

Luke Pytlik is a member of the Temecula Valley New Generations Rotary Club. He currently serves as the President Elect as well as the International Director. He is a Paul Harris Fellow, and is to be the President of his club in the 2015-2016 Rotary year.

Environmental Awareness - The Grayl - Safe Drinking Water

Water has shaped our landscapes and every civilization. Today, far too many people do not have access to safe drinking water, and those of us that do rarely have truly clean drinking water. Sadly, serious contaminates such as fracking chemicals, pharmaceuticals and even E. coli contamination are turning up in our "potable" water.

At GRAYL® headquarters in rainy Seattle, their comparatively clean and abundent water still contains added chlorine, trace amounts of arsenic and lead. They have dared to imagine that it should be possible to avoid both immediate and cumulative water hazards, and we've now made that simple to achieve.

GRAYL makes water treatment for every occasion, whether that be at the tap, on the trail, or when facing the rigors of international travel. Our interchangeable filter system provides the amount and kind of filtration your lifestyle and location demands.

The journey to change the way people drink water, and the quality of that water, has been an epic adventure to reimagine something most of us take for granted. GRAYL transforms personal water filtration into something that finally works; a fun easy-to-use personal filtration cup that makes safe, clean drinking water wherever you go.

    About GRAYL
Founded in 2012, GRAYL® was inspired by CEO and Founder Nancie Weston's concerns about plastic pollution and the poor quality and taste of water she experienced while traveling. The Seattle based company is distributed internationally and is committed to making practical and durable filtration and purification.

Water For The Thirsty - Episode 16

    in The Bible

Several people had the same questions this week as we were coming to the end of both Deuteronomy and Matthew that caused us to take another look at what we thought we knew about God. We're bringing them to the cast tonight to see if we can get further inisght that may help bring resolution to those questions.

Create In Me A Clean Heart

    in Christianity

Psalm 51:9-11 says Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities. 10Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.…And its a verse of scripture I should pray each day God allows me to rise from my sleep. To both start and end the day with acknowledging to the Lord we constantly and daily need to be purified of our hearts and minds. What does it take for God to clean our hearts? What must we come to an understanding of? First, we must confess we can not clean our hearts through human effort. We need to allow the Holy Spirit to have access to all of our hearts and navigate to those areas we don't want to reveal. Confessing our sin and short comings afterall is no fun. But it does lift a very heavy burden and weight we could not carry ourselves. For without a clean heart how can we worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, how can we love others in purity, love and respect, as well as having right attitudes. If left unchecked, we can miss out on Gods very best for us when we don't allow him to continue what he started....a potential masterpiece when we allow him free reign to create in us a clean heart which frees us from the bondage of sin.
