Imam W. Deen Mohammed’s Endorsing Comments Regarding:The Language of Revelation: Classical Arabic Language Instruction and Exercises with Qur’aan Commentary For Beginners & Non-Beginners - Siddeeq Jihad I want to bring to our attention an achievement, a publication that has been produced mainly for our community but is for anybody who wants some help from the material that has been put into this publication. The book is called The Language of Revelation. It is by a brother that I have known to be dedicated and devoted to the study of Qur’aanic Arabic and the teaching of that subject to our students and to grown-ups as well... I would highly recommend this book for you all, who are studying (grown-ups) but also for our youngsters who are studying separate organized Qur’aanic Studies classes and who are also studying in our school system. Clara Muhammad School System like the one in Atl., Wash D.C., Chi and many other places. I highly recommend this book, The Language of Revelation. Qur’aanic Arabic with lessons and studies to improve your ability to read the Qur’aan and get more understanding and to qualify yourself, In-shaa Allah to be a teacher one day. This show will bring together authors of Reading in a Participatory Culture (2012) and the complementary digital book Flows of Reading, to discuss what it means to be a reader and writer in an increasingly participatory culture. Both books exemplify an expanded concept of the term "text" and model a new type of reader -- one who reads across different media and understands reading as an act of sharing, deconstructing, and making meaning. We hope to open a conversation about what "counts" as reading and all the kinds of reading we perform in our everyday lives.

Join us each week as experts help us explore issues shaping the world of work! #TChat Radio show is back live on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at 6:30 pm ET (3:30 pm PT). Immediately after, our entire community will continue the conversation on #TChat Twitter from 7-8 pm ET. Recently at this year's HR Technology Conference & Exposition, we had an amazing panel discussion about engagement - more specifically - employee energy, drive and focus, which has become the holy grail of HR and business leaders. This is true through every aspect of the talent lifecycle. By why? Most internal initiatives designed to improve the status quo haven’t moved the needle much, if at all. Now throw in "fun and games" into the engagement equation. Does creating fun team-building challenges and continuous recognition activities improve overall well-being, productivity and retention? Does it help create culture where there was none before? Join #TChat co-creators and hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we look to our new friends from the Great White North for answers: Mario Coculuzzi, Eastern Region Director for Microsoft Canada, and Dan Benoni, Co-Founder & Product Director of Officevibe, a social employee engagement platform.
