This week we welcome Vicky Hamilton as our latest celebrity guest. Who is Vicky Hamilton you ask? Well my Friend, she is only the most important person in the life of one of the last great rock bands (Metallica being the other) to come along in the 80's. She was a mover and a shaker in the metal world helping bands like Motley Crue, Poison, Faster cat, & Salty Dog make their way into the main stream (ok I am pushing it with the Salty Dog Reference). But none the less, if you were trying to make it in the "Hair Metal" world in the 80's and 90's then Vicky Hamilton was someone you needed to impress. Her soon to be released book "Appetite for Dysfunction" is to be released shortly and we will talk to her about this amazing time in the era of our favorite music.
The Rangers begin their pursuit of Lord Stanleys cup this week with thier series against the Penguin, and I will have a breakdown of this series and my predictions on all of the 1st round matchups for the NHL playoffs.
The Yankees and Mets have started ther seasons in less than spectacular fashion, and we will certainly breakdown the early results and can talk about some of the surprises from the firstt 2 weeks of the MLB season.
I also posted a list, given to me, showing some of the gteatest baseball hitters of all time. We can break down this list and I will be happy to discuss who ISNT on this list and question how and why someone is on the list.
Dee Snyder is pissed at A.J. Pero, Slayer to release their next album, Frank Hannon (Tesla) gave his opinion on the VanHalen Live album and I will give you my take as well on these and some other topics in the world of hard rock and metal.

Join me as I share the music of one the 80's biggest heart throbes, Rick Sprinfield. He started as actor on General Hospital playing Dr, Noah Drake as well as Zac, the brother of Captain Apollo in the movie Battlestar Galactica, but most fans know him as a rock star. HIs first album in 1980 Working Class dog, featured his one and only #1 hit, along with some 80's radio hits. He followed that up with his 1982 album, Success hasn't spolied me yet and produced a few more top ten hits. To date Rick Springfield has produced over a dozen albums, on this show, I will expolore many of these with you. So sit back and enjoy....

Hard Rock N Sports welcomes former NFL player Joe Andruzzi to the show this week. Joe, an undrafted free agent, Had a 10yr career in the NFL with The Packers, Patriots and Browns, proving that you don't have to be a 1st round pick to have an extended career in the the NFL, hardwork and determination can also get you there. He played with both Brett Favre and Tom Brady and won 3 Super Bowl titles during his career so we will ask him about playing with these two legends. Joe's career was cut short while he fought his toughest battle against cancer and we can talk to him about the impact the disease had on his life.
The Yankees and Mets are both struglling at this time and the Knicks got kicked in the nuts agan. The NBA Draft was held on Tuesday night and the Knicks were awarded the 4th pick in the draft, even though they had the 2nd worst record in Basketball. Lets talk about their options are at this point.
The Rangers are in the midst of a battle with the Tampa Bay Lightning and will be playing game 3 of the series on Wednesday, after getting trounced on Monday night in what easily their worst played game in months. Hopefully they will be up 2-1 by the time we go on the air Thursday Night.

Every musician has a story. In the case of the band Rock of Ages, there are 8 stories. Vocalist Barry Habib is the Lead Producer and Managing Partner for the musical Rock of Ages, so the name for the band was a natural. Vocalist Scott Elk performs his solo acoustic act at the Jersey Shore. He had the privilege of performing with the Goo Goo Dolls in Atlantic City. Vocalist Frank Simonelli comes from a musical family and previously sang and worked with Tommy Mottolo in NYC. Lead Guitarist Brad Capinjola got started at 4 years old and learned everything he could. Discovering Van Halen inspired him to take guitar playing to another level. Rhythm Guitarist Joe Imbesi loves rock and roll with a good hook. A virtual music encyclopedia, he can recall most songs and their artist over the past 40 years. Bass Guitarist Semi Quaver has been playing bass since he was 10 years old. He played with many area musicians and bands like Boston. Drummer Dan Prestup was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s fastest drummer. His 2004 achievement of 1,031 strokes in 1 minute is the 21st highest mark in the world as of June 2014. Percussionist Dennis Francese dreamed of being Ricky Ricardo Jr. and started to play drums. He’s played with musicians like Richie Sambora, Tico Torres, and others. See what I mean -- 8 stories! After the interview check After Hours at Jersey Coastal Live for more.
