On may 14, 2013 Kenyan citizen will protest peacefully by occupying Parliament in order to express their disagreement over MPs decision to increase their salaries. In many countries, civil societies, most of time led by youth movements are demanding more, sometimes going in the streets to have their voices heard and their opinions taken into account. This week we will focus on the upcoming Occupy Parliament Movement in Kenya and will analyze what our civil society needs and lacks to be watchdog of our countries welfare.
