Today Laura Theodore, the Jazzy Vegetarian is celebrating the September 17th release of her new book Jazzy Vegetarian Classics: Vegan Twists on American Family Favorites and the BIG, September 19th fall premiere of Jazzy Vegetarian Season 3 on the CREATE channel all across the country. Laura will welcome Dr. Pam Popper, who is featured in every episode of season three. Dr. Pam Popper is a naturopath, an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and health and she is the Founder and Executive Director of The Wellness Forum. Colin Campbell’s teaching team at eCornell, teaching part of a certification course on plant-based nutrition. Dr. Popper appears in the feature film documentary, Forks Over Knives, about diet and health and she is one of the co-authors of the companion book to the film, which appeared on the New York Times bestseller list.

Laura welcomes Dr. Pam Popper who is featured again in each episode of the television series. Season 3 of Jazzy Vegetarian launches nationally on May 1, 2013 via public television stations across the US (check your local listings). After two highly successful seasons, Jazzy Vegetarian returns this season to highlight delicious and easy-to-prepare plant-based recipes, inspired by classic favorite American dishes. Menus include: shish kebabs, burger and fries, spaghetti and ‘wheatballs,’ along with decadent desserts like blueberry ‘cheeze’cake and black forest pecan pie – all vegan of course!!!!
