This episode - Suggestions On Getting Help (Thank you National Family Caregivers Association)
Caregiving is one of the greatest challenges and opportunities most of us experience in a lifetime.
Each week Paula Falk moderates a support group of caregivers dealing with the challenges of Alzheimer's. She's helped to provide guidance and a constant reminder to each member they're not alone, that it's okay to feel frustrated, sad, angry, but to not lose sight of their own health and mental wellness.
Many members of this support group have become good friends and provide a support network for my Dad and I, dealing with my mother's illness. Now, we want to share what we've learned in a series of short podcasts, each one about a tip to help you stay focused on your own health and well-being, as well as the loved one you're caring for.
Paula Falk is the Director of the Caregiver Resource Center (CRC) and Adult Day Service Program at The Living Room at Senior Friendship Centers’ Sarasota campus. The Caregiver Resource Center is a community collaboration bringing together agencies and businesses offering services and products to help caregivers through one of life’s more challenging times. Paula White is a true American success story. Rising from the ashes of poverty and ignorance to the lap of luxury is a "feel good" story no matter where you come from.
It is the story of a poor little girl who struggled with all kinds of abuse and promiscuity to become one of the great apostles of our day...what a minute!
Paula White epitomizes the "pulpit pimp" moniker and is a spiritual "ambulance chaser" looking for the next big payday! She is a spiritual whore with no regard for the people she ministers to and needs to be stopped.
Tonite on 'UNCUT" we "got the goods" on Ms. Paula White and we gonna give it to you "straight, with no chaser!"

Join us this week on Christian Devotions SPEAK UP! with J. Jackson of the parody band ApologetiX.
Influenced by a steady diet of Mad Magazine, Wacky Packages, novelty records, and comic books, ApologetiX lead singer and lyricist J. Jackson started writing parodies as a kid. He became a born-again Christian in January 1988, and his newfound interest in the Bible had a profound influence on his parodies.
A journalism major in college, J. worked in the public relations field before going full-time with ApologetiX. He started getting together with some other like-minded Christian musicians in 1990, and this loose-knit group eventually played its first concert as ApologetiX on March 27, 1992.
Like many other rock and rollers, J. is surrounded by beautiful women—his wife, Lisa, and four daughters, Janna, Heather, Kelly, and Natalie. They also have a dog (Skippy), three mice (Gracie, Cookie, and Chocolate), and a fish (Diamond). They make their home in Pittsburgh, PA.
