We are well into bowl season, but the best has yet to come. We still have New Year's Eve and New Year's Day games to enjoy so sit back and enjoy! Hopefully Tarvin from Weigh In Sports will join me as well as The Couch Potato himself to talk about his new head coach in Ann Arbor (I know he is secretly ecstatic about the hiring). If there is extra time, we may even jump into the NFL and talk about the coaching carousel as the season ended on Monday so come on campus with Cuervo and the rest of the crew, it will be a kick in the New Year's pants!
In this episode, we discuss the International Church of Christ college ministry, Disciples on Campus! Are they Christian or a cult? Michael "X-ray" Potts joins us to dissect a recent encounter with members of the group.
Going away to college is a time in a young persons' life that should be about discovery, learning, and making lifelong friends. However, as parents send their children away from home, some for the very first time, there is even more to be anxious about, especially their safety on campus.
According to the Justice Department, "1 in 5 women will be a victim of rape or attempted rape." When these incidents occur on campus property they are in the jurisdiction of campus police, and many victims do not report, or are discouraged to report by school administrators.
With sexual assaults, active shooters, and luring into human trafficking from our college campuses, the college experience has changed.
Guest for the hour S. Daniel Carter will discuss these issues and what is being done to create real, enforceable guidelines for campuses to follow in order to make the environment safer for students everywhere.
Witness Radio is the only show that doesn't care about ratings because our sole purpose is to save souls... on purpose! In this episode, it's Part Two of our discussion about the International Church of Christ college ministry, Disciples on Campus! Are they Christian or a cult? Michael "X-ray" Potts joins us to dissect a recent encounter with members of the group.

As Christmas rolls around another year, the usual joy which is associated with it is here as well. People wishing you Merry Christmas and or happy holidays are commonplace if only for formality's sake. But the truth of the matter is that it is not always associated with joy this time of year and it is not always with light hearts that we come into the season of commemorating Christ's birth. Join us as we talk about obtaining happiness, the sadness and the importance of an emotional balance in life. Visit and share our website and our page by going to Kingdom United Ministries Network You are welcome!
Join us this week as we visit with Leah Esslinger-Sprowl from Holy Rosary Credit Union. She will be talking to us about HRCU's student branch and the observations she has made working with generation next. Putting you brand at the center of the next generation of car and home buyers is smart and forward thinking. Leah will tell us all about it. This is a must hear show!
Congratulations!!! The moment you and your parents have been planning and waiting for: College! But, and yes there is a big but. Parents are we really preparing our children for real college campus life and the many pitfalls they may face and have to overcome? Campus life is about so much more than sororities, fraternities, parties and meeting new people from all over the world. There are very serious and often dangerous issues facing new college students and because no one is having those conversations, they walk in with their eyes wide shut.
On this show, we will zero in on some of those pitfalls from campus assaults to tragic hazing to see just how much parents really know and how aware they are making their new college bound students!
