The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Biggest Loser Trainer Dolvett Quince
Heading into his sixth season on the hit NBC show “The Biggest Loser,” Dolvett is proving that
his passion, regimen and dramatic transformational results are making him one of the most in-
demand fitness specialists in the country.
Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Dolvett and his three siblings were adopted by a Jamaican couple
and later moved to Florida, where he finished high school. Dolvett then moved to Atlanta to
pursue his passion for fitness and established himself as a leader in his field of health and fitness.
In 2004, Dolvett opened Body Sculptor, a private personal training studio in Atlanta with a
commitment to “changing lives one rep at a time.” His business had a solid following, but it
wasn’t until a local radio personality started talking about it on his show that Dolvett and his
business really took off. He then widened his business to training other trainers, which then led
to him training celebrities like actors Angela Bassett, Boris Kodjoe and Nicole Ari Parker,
Baltimore Ravens tight-end Daniel Wilcox and singer-songwriter Jojo, among others.
Within the studio, Dolvett created “Pure Energy,” a high-intensity circuit-training class with a
live DJ. The popularity of Dolvett’s fitness methods inspired the launch of his own DVD “Me
and My Chair: The No Excuses Workout,” a low-impact, high-intensity 30-minute workout
system that helps users tone up and slim down while only using a household chair.
Soon after, Dolvett was cast on “The Biggest Loser. The Biggest Loser Mondays 9/8C on NBC

Hometown: Newport, RI
Occupation: Television personality
Richard Hatch is best known for winning $1 million and the first season of the long-running reality series “Survivor” in 2000 and appearing on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” in 2011. Richard spent five years in the Army and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. He then went on to earn a degree in applied behavioral sciences and management from National Louis University and received his master’s degree in education and counseling from Providence College. Prior to his “Survivor” appearance, Richard spent 15 years as a corporate trainer and motivational speaker. Now 314 pounds and suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes, the 54-year-old father of three says, “I look forward to living less stressfully after losing the weight.”

Hometown: Burbank, IL
Occupation: Physical/health/driver’s education teacher
Roberto Hernandez was born and raised in Cicero, Ill., growing up with his twin brother and teammate, Luis, and two older brothers. Though he has been overweight his whole life, he was active in sports, playing football for four years in high school, two years in college and three years on a semi-pro football team. He and his twin were the first in their family to attend college. Roberto got his undergraduate degree in exercise science at Milliken University and then studied school administration in graduate school at Governor State University. “I have wanted to get healthy every day of my life,” he says, “but it never seemed reachable.” Now he’s ready to lose weight for his family and for his career since it is difficult as a PE teacher to encourage his students to be fit and active when he is not a healthy role model. The husband and father of three boys is 36 years old, 348 pounds and suffering from high cholesterol and hypertension. Once he loses the weight, Roberto looks forward to training for an Iron Man competition, running a marathon and riding a motorcycle without people laughing at him.
