46 million dollars were spent to shut down Proposition 37 in California, calling for mandatory labeling of GM foods. Several independent studies proving serious health consequences of GMO consumption have been strangely discredited. It has been said, "All roads lead to Rome." Yet in this context, following the trail of curious connections of beneficiaries leads consistently back to the GMO industry itself.
In common law legal systems, a trust is a relationship whereby property is held by one party for the benefit of another. A trust is created by a settlor, who transfers some or all of his or her property to a trustee. The trustee holds that property for the trust's beneficiaries.

As a consequence of requests resulting from a past show referencing trust asset protection principles, this show's focus is linked to beneficiaries of a trust and the creditor protection they are afforded under certain circumstances. While we advocate sound, advanced planning and working off of a solid financial foundation, sometimes problems just can't be avoided, even under the most thoughtful case scenario.

Major Miguel “Tito” Reece (US Air Force, Retired) has recently published the book, The Disabled Veteran’s Story. It outlines the struggles and sacrifices of veterans and their families for the world's freedom. One story includes the bureaucratic journey of a Panamanian while another story tells how Panamanians volunteered for the draft as a way out from the Silver Cities (La Boca, Red Tank, Paraiso, Gamboa, and Rainbow City), reflecting true compelling stories of the politics within the Canal Zone in the early days.
Reece, a military veteran with 30+ years of service as both an officer and an enlisted member in the US Air Force. He served in Vietnam, the Middle East, and as a member of the Stabilization Forces in the Balkans.
Born in the Panama Canal Zone, Reece has an undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and a graduate degree from the Webster University, Saint Louis, Missouri. After 30 years in the USAF, he served 10 years with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, with great concerns of many veterans dying prior to receiving their entitled benefits.
Reece states that he enjoyed working with veterans and making a difference in the lives of the beneficiaries. He often visited veterans with the families in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted-living facilities, relatives’ homes, under bridges, in parks or even in tree houses. In his book he aspires to share these stories with the world, to educate a new generation and remind society of the sacrifices the American and some Panamanian veterans endured for the freedom of the world and not to allow their stories to be forgotten.

I realize this isn't a fun topic: Death. But you know what they say...'we can't avoid it'...so we might as well plan for it.
Today will be an interesting show. I want to talk about the opportunities you may have in real estate when families DON'T plan properly and you can actually be the winner with amazing opportunities. On the other hand, I also want to talk about Estate Closings and how you can save your family thousands of dollars and hundreds of wasted hours by planning properly for your estate. Moreover, I want to explain the role of an 'Estate Closer' even when your plan comes together and you need help with the loose ends. Please join me as I welcome two guests with very different perspectives on the same issue to the show today. Real Estate Investor, Probate Strategist, and President of Home Buyer's Perspective Realty Inc., Chris Albin will join me to discuss this issue from the Buyers' perspective, while CPA and partner at Kolsin and Creal and Estate Closer Ray Creal will give us some knowledge and insight on the importance of Estate Closers and how they can play such a crucial role in the lives of the trustees, executors, and beneficiaries during this difficult time.

YOUTH ACHIEVERS USA INSTITUTE (YouthUSA) promotes asset building through its capacity-building program, THE ANNUAL YOUTH ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS. Since 1996, the program has partnered with families, churches and community groups to qualify youth as “assets” instead of liabilities to their communities. A total of 86 young Americans now qualify as beneficiaries within the YouthUSA Corporate Village. A free online application is available to any American citizen, age 7-24. Each application presents “a vision of the future” through the youth’s goals in seven categories. A “Whole Village” of 20 caring adults each invest $5 to establish a $100 savings asset in a partnering bank. Join us 12 noon eastern, 11 am central, 9 am on the west coast for A WAY OUT on YouthUSA Radio www.YouthUSA.net.
Roughly two-thirds of Black and one-third of Hispanic children live with only one parent. Moreover, research suggests that a father's absence increases the risk of his Black child dropping out of school by 75 percent. And even in the 21st Century information age, too many Americans still live in poverty. If you have read the report to The President of the United States, we’d like to hear your thoughts on My Brother’s Keeper. We're looking at the symbols, practices and promises that strengthen our communities and secure our nation. It's Flag Day 2014 on YouthUSA Radio www.YouthUSA.net.
Bleeding hearts talk about plans to reach out and come to the aid of the poor little illegal aliens crossing our borders by the thousands.
They can spend their money any way they wants…. but once those kids take up entitlement residency here because bleeding hearts we were so nice to provide them with everything they could ever want and need, it`s MY MONEY that has to pay for their care.
Now it becomes my business and I don’t believe in rewarding ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, THE AGE OF THE OFFENDERS IS NOT RELEVANT.
As a Christian, I understand the responsibility to help those less fortunate, HOWEVER, there are millions of “less fortunate” children who are American born citizens that need help… There are millions of Veterans who have returned to our country with missing body parts, and their families who need our help.
Why choose criminals as beneficiaries of our charity when there are law abiding Americans born citizens suffering?
We’re having an outbreak of scabies that’s been going on for a month or so now…We’re starting to see chickenpox, we’re starting to see [MRSA] staph infections, we’re starting to see different viruses…”
“They’re all contagious,” Cabrera continued. “So now we’re transporting people into different parts of the state, different parts of the country and some of these viruses are asymptomatic at this point — they’re not showing the symptoms.”

Comrade DeBlasio who succeeded Nanny Bloomberg as mayor of New York City has a not so-secret plan to expand the City's welfare rolls. He's dropping the work requirement for recipients to receive welfare and foodstamps. This reverses a 20 year old policy that reduced the number of public assistance beneficiaries by nearly 80 percent. But now it's gone. That's progressive progress!
