In the famous 80's Wendy's commercial, a woman was looking at competitors hamburgers asking the age old question "Where's the Beef?" This question is one we've all asked often about our lives, relationships, and careers. Where is it? Where is the meat of it all? But, are WE what's actually missing from any part of that? Is that the heft we are referring to when we feel skimpy, empty, or incomplete? Let's examine how the only thing that can be missing is what we haven't brought on the next Ram Michael's The Real You.
Wassup everyone? Nicci (neechee) here, ceo and host of Grandeur Radio. Whenever I feel I have some views that should or could be heard on a wider span, or are podcast worthy, I hop in here and get on the online radio mic. Tonight, I wanted to host a spontanous (semi spontaneous) show on what I feel will be a 2+ part series on Lil Kim VS Nicki Minaj: What's beef? There's so much misinformation, so much hysteria, so much complete ignorance to the history of female rap due to so many misguided youth being the primary consumers of current HipHop, I wanted to go in and appropriately rant about it. Since this show is spontaneous, I dont know what, if any, other hosts will be in attendance with me. What I DO know, is I wanna hear from people who have an opinion either way about the drama surrounding the two artists. Feel free to @ me on Twitter: Nicci_ISNeechee.
I do it for the Love OF HipHop!

Hello ladies and germs!!!!!! Tonight Big and Beefy will be Chewing The Fat with a bunch of great entertaining chefs from two different seasons of Hell's Kitchen.
First we got Chef Jeremy Madden from HK Season 11. Word is that this guy is talented as well as out of his mind funny. It looks like J man will fit right in with the antics of Rob and Clem.
We also have calling in from Tennesee ..,..., My favorite chef from this season of HK ( besies my buddy Chef Frank Bilotti ) ...Chef Sterling Wright. This guy just bursts me up when he is on camera. I think he should be a Stand Up Chef!!!!! Just his facial expressions get me laughing. Some people say I have a man crush on him.. ( its not that kinda love ) but we can all say that this chef is "MR. WRIGHT".
IN STUDIO WE HAVE A TREAT FOR ALL OF YOU. We will be visited by one of the great up and coming chefs that Rob has had the privelage of working with at a few points. Right now he is the chef at a farm in New Jersey where he does it all. He butchers, cooks, caters and even is my personal meat purveyor for all my special needs. I introduce you all to Chef Mike Osgar. We will be talking grass fed beef and the most delicious pork I have ever passed through these lips.
Also The Curvacious Cook will be chatting about her trip to Chicago where she assisted Chef Rich Mancini from Hell's Kitchen 12 at The Food Festival there.
Food News, The Top Five and The Food Fight are also on the Bill.
Stay tuned and please call in to talk to your favorite chefs. 347-215-7771

Join host Dawn Stovall and doctor of natural medicine, T.B. Stovall as they continue to explore the issue of GMO foods. It's estimated at least 80% of the food on store shelves contain genetically modified organisms. Some scientists believe GMO foods are not harmful to human health and have no lasting effect. However, others believe there are significant health implications and consumers should be made aware and educated about the products. This episode will focus on the ongoing debate of labeling GMO foods.
For Justin Crowder, it’s about making music that people will remember and relate to, invoking an unforgettable feeling. For his more popularly known moniker, JC, it’s about creating real R&B with a touch of “swagg”; Charisma in the form of a sound recording!Referring to his writing style, he states, “Everything I write is catchy with strong metaphors, fresh concepts, and captivating melodies that stick.” JC is pleasant, humble, quite witty and even a little shy. He lacks arrogance, yet embodies character built confidence. But one thing stands above all these traits…JC is a STAR!
Born and raised in Missouri City, TX (in the Houston metropolitan area), the 24 yr-old producer & artist Jazz Will brings a unique twist to the style & culture that is Houston. Stemming from his childhood days of attempting to make songs with a Casio keyboard, microphone, and karaoke machine, he has always been keen to making music. However, throughout his life he had become recogninzed as a basketball player.
Even so, Jazz Will always wrote rhymes & poetry as a second passion and was even well respected at times of freestyle cyphers with friends or family. Within the past few years though, music began to take more of a front seat in his life when he began to officially produce, and now this year record as an artist. His influences include, but aren’t limited to, UGK, Biggie, Jay-Z, Tupac, Nas, Outkast and Z-Ro.
