Jessica Strohl, a Houstonian, 5 year army veteran, mom of 2, student, and Warrior Ambassador with Sportsmen for warriors. SFW was founded by a former Green Beret officer, Capt Ben Bateman and his wife Capt Cresta Bateman, both West Point graduates and combat veterans. Sportsmen for Warriors aims to enrich, educate and engage warriors, by getting them away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and pressing that reset button. We've had a lot of success with this, and hope to continue to put our efforts into making veterans the future of America's success.

Donny O'Malley I was born accidentally in Queens, New York to Irish and Colombian Catholic immigrants. My strict Roman Catholic-altar-boy upbringing set me up for an unconventional life of deviance, discipline, sex, violence, parties, adventure, and service to others.
It’s a weird combo, I know. After many years spent as a shy, timid, insecure, easily-bullied, nerd; I grew into the narcissistic, outgoing, overconfident, revengeful, violent, egotistical, lovable nerd that I am today. On paper, my life looks like an actors career, so with that notion I’ll summarize the phases of my life with short character bios. Catholic altar boy in New York city.Nerdy, horny, goofy kid in North Carolina.

Photography I’ve been stretched and I’ve grown not only as an artist, but as an individual, since I picked up the camera. But it’s not the art of taking pictures that made it happen it was the interactions with all these wonderful people I’ve crossed paths with in the process. It’s their unique stories and diverse perspectives. It’s their willingness to let me into their lives, even if for just a moment, and let down their walls and bare it all. Little did I know I’d be letting down some of my own walls. To sit before another soul and become vulnerable is both humbling and empowering. And that’s just what I seek to do as a photographer to empower others and help unveil the parts of them that the world doesn’t get to see. It's not about glamorizing a story or an image. It's all about the raw, unfiltered truth. It's about being uncomfortable.Growing up in the military, I already had an appreciation for our veterans. I believe it’s the culmination of experiences that accompanied that life which formed the foundation for where I am today. I don’t have a grand story of pursuing photography since I was a child. I always had a love for art—in all its forms. Exchanging little pieces of ourselves with each other is what makes this so powerful and impactful. So here I am now. I made an uncomfortable and difficult decision to surrender my plans and my vision. In turn, I feel I was re-routed to where I’m meant to be. There are many unknowns out there. But the one thing I’ve learned is that when we take that first step in faith, God meets us where we are. He opens doors and places people in our lives, and it’s up to us to live intentionally. There is a greater purpose in all things that we often cannot see. I have a passion, but God is doing the steering. God, art, people. This is what I live for.

I was born and raised in Batesville,Mississippi,a small country town.I have two sisters and a younger brother.I grew up in a very traditional southern Baptist household with dreams of making it big in the world of entertainment.I have always loved pop culture, music, movies, fashion and left Mississippi for NYC to achieve my dreams. After years of going to auditions and sending out applications,I booked two reality show pilots that unfortunately, never got picked up but gave me relevant experience and the opportunity to network with people within the television industry. With the mind set of never giving up,I branched out into print work where I ended up booking a national cookbook, the cover of HawkCo.'s spring clothing line, and two months in a row featured as one of DNA Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive, followed up with a six page spread. With all this experience I'm still trying to break out and learn how this crazy world in the entertainment business works.Thankfully social media has changed the way casting directors look for talent an my Instagram has taken off with 15.5K followers. The climb might be slow but the goal has never changed
