Auto-immune diseases are all the rage right now --
Your body's immune system protects you from disease and infection. But if you have an autoimmune disease, your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body. Doctors say that the body does this "by mistake." How could this be true? What would cause the body to attack itself?
No one is sure what causes autoimmune diseases. There are more than 80 types of autoimmune diseases, and some have similar symptoms. This makes it hard for your health care provider to know if you really have one of these diseases, and if so, which one. Getting a diagnosis can be frustrating and stressful. Often, the first symptoms are fatigue, muscle aches and a low fever. The classic sign of an autoimmune disease is inflammation, which can cause redness, heat, pain and swelling.
So...... let's look into this, and I have a VERY ENCOURAGING TRUE STORY to tell you.
in Self Help
The threat of a pandemic is rising again, including Candida yeast, contagious lyme disease, avian flu, Ebola, TB and more. Bio-weapons serve the elite agenda of depopulation and tyranny. It is essential to support the immune system, which is under challenge more than ever from toxins, stress, fungus, bacteria, viruses, etc. Antioxidants, advanced silver, oxygen, colostrum, larrea, oregano oil and other powerful herbs, and probiotics are the keys to supporting strong immunity. It would be wise to respect quarantines, while avoiding vaccinations and hospitals where aggressive germs are already a problem.
This week we are focusing on our health and wellness in a very physical and natural way. Physical health and wellness is often connected to our spiritual, mental and emotional states as well so we embrace the wholistic approach to restoring and maintaining balance. As the seasons change we see trends in our community that make it necessary to be more mindful of our health, hygiene and overall wellness. It is time to boost and balance your immune system.
Have you ever wondered why there are some people who hardly ever get sick and some that get sick all the time? Do you know the correlation between allergies and the immune system? Can you really "catch" a cold? Is there really a flu season? Do you work in an office environment, go to school, shop or conduct daily business where there are a lot of interaction between numerous individuals with a wide range of hygiene and health? Not everyone is mindful regarding the health of their own, let alone the health of others. We are going to discuss things that we do in modern society that may effect our health in positive and negative ways. We are also going to discuss some old fashioned practices that may have been forgotten and some that stand the test of time. We will focus on natural methods mostly. We are going to share some tips regarding activity, treatments, food, medicine, supplements, herbs and MORE. Please join us because preparation is key for protecting your household and our community from illness. Our health is our wealth and it is our birthright to enjoy it naturally.

Join Parttners in Health and Biz talk show host Gail Dixon as we discuss Zinc, the mineral that 70% of women over the age of 40 don't get enough of.
Right now is the most important time to correct a shortfall. The reason? Zinc helps ward off winter illness. So if you have a deficiency you're more likely to get sick.
Almost all women go undiagnosed because symptoms of a shortfall, including fatigue, hair loss and appetite changes are so vague and common that doctors often fail to make the connection to zinc.
