All to often, someone has something to say about someone else. And nowadays it seems like people are not holding back.
Everybody has their own ideas about how we should all be, but that's just not going to happen. So we should just let everyone be.
"Accept Me or Leave Me" This week. "On-Air".
Miami Herald book and movie reviewer Connie Ogle chats with Authors on the Air host Pam Stack LIVE on Wednesday evening. We will discuss her favorite books and movies and perhaps throw in a little college football (Connie is quite the sport fan, too). I'd also like to hear her thoughts on traditional publishing versus independent publishing, now that it has passed it's infancy. Connie is a well-known face at book signings and literary events in South Florida. She's a dog-lover, University of Florida fan-atic, movie freak and generally a pretty funny and interesting lady. Please join me on Wednesday at 8pm ET when we chat LIVE. Call to comment, ask a question or talk sports. 347-633-9609.

In this very first episode of a new saltwater systems and more podcast called Midnight Salt Asylum I will will be introducing my new show. I will discuss what the show will be about as time goes forward!
This isn’t your ordinary aquatic radio show. I get down to the bottom of the substrate to find the very truth to not only a particular species and its care, but the equipment and chemicals needed for that care. I don’t tip toe around the subjects and I tend to search for the truth never stopping until it surfaces.
A little about myself. I was a research writer and a chemist/biologist in college for about 4 years. I was intending to become a Psychologist but had my heart set on the aquatic world, which knew. I figured away to merge Psychology and aquatics as one interesting weekly talk segment.
I will dive into the mind and biological aspects of the Ocean World within your tank.
There is no topic I will not cover.
Close your eyes and dive deep into your subconscious will I unwind the mysteries of the Salty Mania.
James O. Born knows what he's writing about. He is an agent with the DEA and a highly regarded author of fiction. Authors on the Air host Pam Stack chats with author James O. Born LIVE on Monday, April 20th at 8pm ET. Here is more about James. When I was new to police work, as an agent with U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, I had an unrealistic view of what my job would be like. On television, DEA agents are in shoot-outs and get the chicks but in real life they follow suspected drug violators around until they can make a case. If you're a new guy, no one in the DEA much cares about family life or other interests, you just drive. I read a lot of Tom Clancy and W.E.B. Griffin because I liked the idea of learning something about the military. I would read the occasional police book but felt the books didn't reflect my experience as a cop. I was not a CIA trained assassin. I could not rip a shotgun out of someone's hands without suffering a catastrophic injury. I didn't crawl out of crushed police cars and shake off the injury. Neither did any cop I knew. So I wrote a book based on real police work with a ficitonal plot. Buy James's books here http://amzn.to/1zxiA29.

Mary Perez is the author of Running in Heels. Running in Heels is more than a memoir. It is a promise of hope and survival to anyone who woke up hungry and went to bed hungrier every day, for anyone who was abandoned as a child or an adult, for every wife who has loved a husband who left bruises on her heart and on her body.
Authors on the Air host Pam Stack welcomes the magnificent Stephanie Bond. Stephanie Bond was several years into a corporate computer programming career when an instructor in her night school MBA program remarked that she had a flair for writing and encouraged her to submit one of her projects to academic journals. "But," Stephanie says, "all I could think was 'I wonder if I could write a romance novel?'" Bond grew up on a farm in eastern Kentucky where the entertainment choices were few. Luckily, she had a beloved aunt who shared her passion for reading. "When she visited once a year, she brought boxes and boxes of gothic novels by Victoria Holt and Phyllis Whitney and lush historical romances--I was in heaven! So suddenly thinking about writing in the genre of the books I loved was very exciting." After writing every spare moment for two years, Stephanie sold her first romantic comedy manuscript, IRRESISTIBLE? to Harlequin books. Two years later, she walked away from her corporate career to write commercial fiction full time. To date, she's published over 60 romance and mystery projects with Random House, St. Martin's Press, HarperCollins, and Mira Books, and is most well-known for her BODY MOVERS humorous mystery series. She is a featured author in Kindle Worlds. http://amzn.to/182Otsn.
