The men's win at home versus Manahattan in front of a packed Hynes Center and national broadcast audience and the win Monday night at Saint Peter's. The Gaels play at Canisius 7 PM Friday on ESPN3 and at Niagara Sunday at 2 PM.

On this edition of, "Creating Life's New Normal," I have the fortunate opportunity to chat with former Denver Bronco Running back Reggie Rivers.
Mr. Rivers shares his life's lessons from the grid iron and how he has used this platform to propel him into running a successful speaking business, auctioneer, and author.
Mr. Rivers signed with the Denver Broncos in 1991 as an undrafted free agent running back out of Southwest Texas State University (now renamed Texas State University). He played 6 seasons with the Broncos. In 1991, he was named to Pro Football Weekly’s All-Rookie Team as a special teams player and in 1992, he won the Broncos Community Action Player Award in recognition of his volunteer service throughout Colorado.
Here are just a few of Mr. Rivers accomplishments.
In 1992, he won the Bob Martin Award, given annually to the Broncos player who is most cooperative with the media.
In 1993, his teammates selected him as Special Teams Player of the Year.
In 1993, he was named the Broncos NFL Man of the Year for superior athletic and civic performance.
In 1995, he won the NFL Unsung Hero Award in recognition of volunteer efforts.
In 1996, he was named the Broncos NFL Man of the Year for the second time.
Reggie attended Texas State University on a full athletic scholarship. During his collegiate career, he amassed 2,500 career yards and was named to four All-American teams. He was a Southland Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year, and he has been inducted into the Texas State University Hall of Honor and the Southland Conference Hall of Honor.
Matt King is currently the Director of Speed and Athletic Performance at Columbia University. Matt is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, and a certified USA Track and Field Coach. He was a consensus All-American football player as a senior at Maine in 2006, and also spent time playing with teams in the NFL, CFL, and AFL prior to starting his coaching career.
Born and raised in Buffalo,NY Jeremy was a late bloomer athletically, who eventually worked his to earning a Division I scholarship to the University of Maine to play football. Closing in on his 5th year as a pro, he has been a member of the prestigious fraternity known as the National Football League, playing for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, and the Indianapolis Colts. Jeremy has also spent time in the Canadian Football League and the Arena Football League.
Ron Whitcomb has been with the Old Dominion football program since the beginning and worked his ninth season with the Monarchs in 2015.Whitcomb, departed as the Black Bears' all-time leader in completions (755), total offense (8,801) and touchdown passes (68). His 8,183 passing yards ranked second, as did his .592 completion percentage. One of three senior captains at Maine in 2006, Whitcomb was named the Atlantic-10 and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Rookie of the Year as a redshirt freshman after passing for 2,428 yards and 21 touchdowns. The passing yardage was the most by a freshman in Atlantic-10 history and he also established a new school record with touchdown passes in 11 straight games.
