Greetings I am thrilled about what God is doing in Women's lives. Stay tune for this evening show as we discuss Loving and Accepting You. As Women we struggle in this area we look for others to validate us and when others let us down we are standing alone wondering what we did wrong. So bring a cup of coffee and join us as we share together.
This show discusses and examines the ability to be joyful DESPITE the challenges one must face. Guest Don Baker shares with our audience how he has fully accmelted the hand that life has dealt him and moved on to forgetfulness and joy. DO NOT NISS THIS SHOW.
Are you always last on your spouse's list? Do your needs fall to the bottom of your best friend's priorities?
Do you always take the smallest slice of cake? Do you end up not getting a party favour because you wait until everyone else gets one before you take yours? Are you going out of your way to give your guests the best but only eat leftovers or scraps?
Do you feel like you never get what you want or need?
Are you consistently accepting crumbs from yourself and others?
On this episode of Growing Consciousness Coach Seah and Dr Chan explore the underlying issues of why we accept crumbs and how we can learn to joyfully receive more good into our lives.

For many, death is scary, something to be feared, and something that makes us sad. However, from the perspective of the bigger picture, death is simply a state of transition. How we view it - whether of a person, a relationship, a situation, or whatever - often keeps us looking back instead of in the present and moving forward.
In this episode, join fellow spiritual practitioner Micheal Callahan and me for a discussion around seeing "death"/transition from a different, higher perspective. We'll talk about how to possibly see and experience it differently so it can instead be done with acceptance, honoring the moment, and with the productive energy of propelling us into the future.
We will discuss how to recognize, accept, and change negative emotions into positive influences for success.
As usual, we will also discuss two delicious recipes for sharing. The "safe" recipe will be Asian Noodle Chicken with Vegetables, and the "adventure" recipe will be Seafood Stew.
James is Back in studio with Benjy. They discuss the importance of accepting defeat and of finding answers within. Which leads to Benjy making an announcement of a special journey he is making.

What happens when things go awry? Do we tend to tackle things in a knowing way? A traditional or conditional response?
Do we unconsciously seek solutions based upon our history or upon present awareness?
Too often the reason our life gets stuck is because we rely on the old ways of doing things. These old ways have given you the same tired old results...What can you change? You can change how you look at things. You can open your awareness, step out of the emotion, and get through the hurdles that we set ourselves up for failure.
Life offers us enough to grow through if we get out of our own way.We don't need to seek awareness outside of ourselves or the life we are gifted with.Take what challenges, gifts , skills and desires and transform your reality one focus at a time.
Honor your life and what you have to work with to create your dreams into reality...

Join Scott as we discuss the importance of accepting people where they are in life. Many times we try to change other people because it will be better for our circumstances. The trouble with this is the ultimately people have their own emotional related challenges which ultimately can cause them to fight the process of changing their behavior in order to greatly improve quality of their own life. Choosing to meet people where they are does not mean tolerating abuse but rather accepting that hurting people often do damage to their relationships because they do not know how to change their perspective. We are going to pray as one body. We are praying under the unction of the spirit. We are going to have a brief segment on, "Accepting Your Chance from God!"
Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

Margaret is a Registered Professional Counselor, a Certified Life Coach (CPCC) and s Certified Intuitive Coach who cares deeply about helping clients find peace and balance in times of personal and professional change.
Margaret’s own experiences with life transitions and early stage breast cancer have shown her that healing and moving forward after life’s challenges takes both insight and focused action. She is now dedicated to helping others in similar situations become resilient, cope with uncertainty, and find safety within.
Margaret says “Nothing, however, prepared me for the feeling of being adrift and confused AFTER I had conquered surgery, chemotherapy and radiation for early stage breast cancer several years ago. It really became clear to me that this was something many, many self-sufficient, strong, capable women also face.”
“People are just starting to talk about what I like to call “Post-survival Pain.”
“This “after burn”, can be: -When we finally take our guard down. -When the constant need for daily battle ends. -When we try to return to work full-time. -When we try to live life as it was and return to what was “normal”
Letting Go... Includes giving up old ways of seeing ourselves.
Accepting Change… Just as change is a process, so is moving toward acceptance of it.
