NIGHTMARE CITY commentary
The Italians are coming! Tonight's special show we'll be visiting the Umberto Lenzi splatter classic NIGHTMARE CITY, a film that sets out to prove dreams really can come true...
When an unmarked plane lands unexpectedly in an airport, it opens up unleasing a deadly cargo of ravenous zombies. A local TV news reporter Miller (Hugo Stiglitz) is at the airport to witness the horrible events that unfold as police and military forces are massacred before his eyes! Stopped from any attempts of letting the public know of the impending doom facing them - he leaves to find his wife Hannah (Laura Trotter) to escape from the city that is becoming a tomb for its unwitting inhabitants. Meanwhile the government lead by General Murchison (Mel Farrer) makes every attempt to contain the situation but with every passing hour, looses control. Will all of humanity be lost?
