Howell, an ex-Police Chief and veteran, talks about his decision to hit the road with his dog and horse after receiving a deadly diagnosis, his feelings when he started out, and how those feelings came to change after meeting so many good folks along the way. He also talks of the bond between himself and his horses and how they affect his life.
