Hi, my name is Laura Rose. I am a speaker and author. My background is in time and project management.
I help busy professionals and entrepreneurs create effective systems so that they can comfortably delegate to others, be more profitable and have time to enjoy life even if they don’t have time to learn new technology or train their staff. I have a knack for taking big ideas and converting them into smart, sound, and actionable ideas.
At the end of the day, I give people peace of mind.

Tonight's show is all about haters, trolls, stalkers, and those types that for some reason or another pay the most attention to you, which goes above & beyond what normal people would have in their focus. The show also brings up a brief segment on annoying guys and clips which talk about the top most annoying things that guys do, or that people cannot stand. I have my own list of course, and the show is also about keeping things inspired and people uplifted.
On this episode of ParaPhrasing the PROF team discuss Shadow People and perhaps some non-paranormal explanations, then later get into a heated discussion about Time Slips, famous claims, and whether this is even a paranormal topic or not. Do YOU agree with them? Listen in!

As well we will talk about his experience at our lastest exhibtions art and healing festival, MUSE: The Art of Transformation and Healing at the Institute for Art and Healing at Commonweal in Bolinas, CA.
From Zach's website
My journey as an artist began during my childhood in Northern California, where I loved to make constructions on the beach from sand, rocks, and seaweed. Throughout my life, I've created art from and in nature as a personal practice. Since 2004 I've focused on the social and environmental dimensions of my art-- hosting group art-making events and workshops, teaching in public and private schools, training teachers and museum staff, and installing hands-on "Create-With-Nature Zones" in parks, schools, museums, and public spaces. My endeavors are in the tradition of social sculpture, in service to nature and to society. Collaboration with other artists, environmentalists, scientists, educators, and parents is key to my work. I strive to create models and methods for collective creativity; to connect people of all ages with each other and with the natural world; and to inspire joy, spontaneity, and environmental action.

#LAism: Black people get and glorify the short end of the stick on everything! #NiggasTakeLow
Ever notice how in our culture we deny our weaknesses and flip them into fake strengths!
We look at the struggles our people have suffered as training for our toughness! Being a single mother, being in/from da hood, being overweight/unhealthy, having poor educations, being limited in knowledge, gross cultural ignorance, low income/Financial aids, having unplanned/unprepared children, babies having babies, having multiple child parents, not being married/in a full time relationship with kids, speaking broken languages, keeping our neighborhoods ratchet, being ratchet, being a thug, the word nigga, soul foods, lack of decent conflict resolution skills, woo woo wigity woo!
All of these things are classified as stripes of creditability n authenticity on the black culture! In reality these aspects are negative in nature, thus we are glorifying our cultural short comings! When you do this you will never gain any progress in challenged areas, as you will be ignorant to them being challenges or problems that warrant constructive attention...
