Is sociology a science? Some would not think so. We will discuss the general view of modern sociology toward science itself, along with social theorists like Karl Marx, Max Weber, and Emile Durkheim. Were the "architects of sociology" geniuses in their own right or are they merely the foundational leaders pointed to for the so-called evils of collectivism?
