When are you black enough?

This topic was asked to me by a young brother who said “He keeps his eyes and ears open for new things but is constantly criticized as acting like a white boy. The gentlemen said he loves hard rock and other things blacks tend not to venture or experiment with. So does that make him not black? Is there a way blacks should act in order to keep their blackness? Are blacks changing from the way we were raised? For instances, growing up I never remember seeing a black child openly disrespect an adult or parent. Are the morals as black folks changing?  In addition, is there a particular way your culture expects for you to act? Also there are millions of children today mixed with, black & white, black & Spanish and etc... What role should they take for being mixed and what can we do to understand there situation? Please do not just listen, please call as well. Your insight can change a perspective. As people we can't expect to change an issue ---- unless we start discussing it ---- to better understand it.
