Great show!!! I must admit though, that not being able to address potential salary until an offer is made is very scary--especially given the current climate of employers requiring 3, 4 & sometimes 5 interviews with one candidate. You should not have to invest that much of your time only to find out that they are not willing to pay you what you need to survive.
