CALL IN RESERVATIONS
Individuals may call 1-800-333-3333 (24 hours) – Specify Radisson Plaza Hotel, Lexington, KY, then state Kentucky State University Block to get the correct room rate at reservation. You may call  (859) 231-9000 (M-F 8:00 am – 6:00 pm) and specify Kentucky State University Block  to make your reservations to get the correct room rate.
CUT OFF DATE
The cut off date for accepting reservations in this room block is 12:00 am June 27, 2012.

RATES
All room rates quoted are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.42 percent occupancy tax (subject to change without notice). The room taxes total $15.97 for a room rate per night at $134.97. This includes
free parking for overnight hotel guests.

Single to Quad Rate - $119 Plus Tax - $134.97 per night includes parking

ROOM DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.  This  is a non-refundable deposit if rooms are not canceled by 6:00 pm day of arrival.

CHECK OUT TIME
As check out time is noon, rooms may not be ready for occupancy until 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.  To facilitate this  scheduling, we ask that guests honor our noon check-out time on the date of departure.  Late check out fees may apply.
