Who . . . or what . . . is a "Turnip"? A Turnip is a person who is behind on child support - through no fault of their own - and faces jail time. There are many reasons this may happen: economic abuse by the custodial parent, a medical condition, or simply someone who has fallen on hard times because of the economy . . . just to name a few. The system is broken. It's biased. We intend to change that. We love Turnips!! SAVE THE TURNIPS!!!
