Felicia Townsend Ivey
Felicia has been with New York Life Insurance Company for a little over a year. Ms. Ivey graduated from Notre Dame College of Ohio in 1992 with a bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business Administration. She has worked in the financial field for over 18 years. With the first 12 years working as an IT developer and business analyst for a national bank’s brokerage firm and the last four years as a business analyst for the bank’s retail banking firm.
Ms. Ivey is a member of Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church (Cleveland, Ohio) where she is an active servant of the youth ministry team, member of Cleveland Job Corps Community Relations Committee, Recording Treasurer for Caring Individuals Stepping out Against Breast Cancer, member of the African American Marketing Unit & Women’s Marketing Unit of New York Life.
Ms. Ivey focuses on enhancing the lives of her clients and helping them achieve their dreams by teaching basics financial principals, showing them how to protect their current assets, & grow their finances, provide personal caring service, and giving back to the community.
Ms. Ivey resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Christopher Ivey. They have 1 son and 2 daughters.
