During our Santa Clarita real estate radio update, during our daily show, we spoke about the debt forgiveness act coming to an end this year, December 31, 2013.
Unless extended, that is....
Last year the extension of the debt forgiveness act was like pulling teeth, if memory serves it did not get ratified until Jan or Feb of this year.
No talk on capitol hill about extending it, so if you need to short sale a home, you better contact your trusted real estate advisor.
Foreclosures - still occurring, however, in the foreclosure and bank owned realm, we are returning to a normal market.
